Apartment holiday rentals in Nord de Palma District

The apartment was in a stunning location overlooking the ocean. The balcony was perfect to sit out on and eat with the panoramic view of the ocean. When we arrived the apartment was clean and spacious. We hired a car which i would definitely recommend as the town has limited food shops/restaraunts and the steep hill back to the apartment from the beach can be quite tiring in the heat! The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had, i would definitely stay here again.

Our experience at Vistasol Apartamentos was simply wonderful from start to finish! The stunning view from our room took our breath away every single morning — you really can’t beat waking up to the Mediterranean sparkling in front of you. The staff truly made our stay special. From the warm smiles that greeted us every day to the lively and charming Jean Pierre at reception who made us feel instantly welcome. We also want to give a big thank you to two lovely ladies at reception who were incredibly helpful and kind — answering all our questions with patience and genuine care. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The buffet was a dream — so much variety and everything was absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful stay at Tamarell’s beautiful house! The place is even better than the photos – with spectacular views of the sea and tastefully selected furniture that makes it feel both cozy and stylish. Tamarell was always responsive and helpful, making everything easy and smooth for us. We would gladly come back in the future – highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! Right away we were met with a warm welcome from Per and Vincent. Incredibly proactive and attentive hosts. The apartment was beautiful and bigger than we expected. It was very modern and clean, and the pool and rooftop were great. Vincent and Per made us feel at home and provided many local recommendations. We even took self defense classes from Vincent - highly recommend! Overall, awesome stay and we highly recommend if you are looking to base your stay in Palma.

A lovely apartment with everything you need. The view of the sea is great! We were there in early June and had no neighbors - it was very quiet. You could hear the sea, which was beautiful! Thanks for the well-equipped kitchen and the stock of food! There is a shop in the neighboring house where you can get everything. Restaurants, supermarkets and the bus stop are within walking distance. Next time we would not rent a car, but come by bus, the connections are great. The bedroom with the comfortable bed cannot be completely darkened, nor can the living room. For this, it has mosquito screens in front of the windows, which we appreciated very much.

This place was wonderful, peaceful and so amazing for a get a way from home trip. Very close to beaches and easy to get to with car. Loved everything about it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Mallorca. The location couldn’t be better, easy to get anywhere on the island, with most places just an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes away. 6 of us stayed here and there was plenty of space for all of us. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the balcony, it was the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The location of this apartment is still lively in the evening so its enjoyable to take it all in. The views are great. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with a great selection of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores just steps away. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay.

The accommodation was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace was particularly beautiful, where you can relax wonderfully. The check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, you should be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great - especially Playa del Muro is quick to reach and absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and all very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was really perfect - absolutely recommended!

It is a beautiful accommodation, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village can be easily reached on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbor where there is also the possibility to go swimming. Everything you need is available in the apartment, we felt very comfortable.

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

The apartment is excellent!! The view is spectacular, everything is super clean, the bed is very comfortable and they give you towels for the beach. The place is very quiet and with a lot of services nearby, the beach in front is very nice. We had a wonderful time!

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
