Glorious location great view also a very spacious balcony. The penthouse was spotlessly clean, quality linen on the most comfortable beds in all three rooms. Rita was an amazing host we will definitely recommend her property and make it our Sunshine Coast getaway. also great fishing on the river

Everything about my experience was fabulous - from the stunning water views looking over the Noosa River to the exceptional communication from Team Tabi. This was a wonderful place to stay. Very well presented, well equipped with everything you might need, plus lots of little extras that makes your visit so special. Comfortable beds (which for me is a key feature) and great amenities. Great host and very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

Sams place was a comfortable clean and tidy unit in a central area but also peaceful with great views of the beautiful maroochy river. Sam's communication was very prompt. Check in was a breeze. Thank you.

We had a great time at Kaye’s place. Wonderful location on the ocean front with lots to do and great restaurants. Kaye was very accommodating of an early check in, and after a 17 hour flight, it was very much appreciated!! Dedicated car park was a bonus. We even enjoyed the colorful lorikeets that greeted us every morning and night. Highly recommend Kaye’s place.

The home here in Peregian Beach is very much a home away from home. With a well furnished home from day one we were greeted with a clean house with nearly any item you need while youre away from home. A lot of thought has gone into understand guests needs while they are on holiday - from all cooking facilities/utensils to a pantry with key staples to even beach and cleaning equipment all made so easy and convenient. even the cupboards are labelled nicely with where items live (made my inner organisation nerd very happy). Neil was very responsive and helpful. First time we travelled with our 1 year old but Neil had made it very easy for us, even providing a high chair. We enjoyed our stay, great place, great location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s property. It is a very comfortable, nicely decorated accommodation close to the boardwalk, the beach, shops, cafes and the surf club. Only a quick walk to Point Perry and First Bay. We loved seeing the surfers each morning and watching the passing walkers and dogs on the boardwalk opposite. Had a fabulous time and look forward to coming back.

We stayed at this beautiful air bnb with our extended family, 8 adults and one baby. The space was huge and accommodated us all easily. The home is beautiful with stunning canal views and the space was so clean but gave off a really homey feel. There is so much to do at the home, we didnt even really need to venture out. The location is great, a short drive from Caloundra and Mooloolaba which leaves you with endless options for day trips and food. I highly would recommend to anyone looking for a air bnb around this location. We cannot wait to come back!

What an amazing location!!! We felt very spoilt staying here. We enjoyed 2 nights with hubbys parents and it was perfect. Big house, and although it was too cool to swim the kids were still entertained by the pool table and fishing off the pontoon, and the nearby attractions (fyi- the laser tag about 8 mins up the rd is fantastic!) The house was clean, spacious and homely. Kitchen had everything we needed and multiple dining areas to suit every mood. Beds were super comfy, and the double shower was amazing!!! It was so nice to a quick break away and spend our mornings and evenings out the back on the deck overlooking the canal and feeling jealous we didnt have the energy of the locals who were out there paddle boarding up and down all morning. Lucy was extremely helpful with questions and ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and we have already started planning trips back to stay again on our next opportuntity for a quick getaway. Thank you Lucy

We loved our all too short time in this quiet and beautiful space. We were comfortable and relaxed. Everything we needed was provided, and when something went wrong, Letitia and Michael were super quick to respond and get it sorted. Who could ask for more?

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this modern, clean beach house with our family of 8 and two Labradoodles. The house is spacious and well-equipped, and the location is unbeatable—just a short walk to coffee shops, places to eat, and the beach. Lisa was fantastic to communicate with—prompt, friendly, and informative throughout the booking. A nice surprise was finding milk, fresh fruit, and chocolates in the fridge upon arrival! We also enjoyed some fun table tennis matches, and the dogs loved the secure yard with plenty of grass to run around. Everything was perfect for our family! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Lovely stay. Quiet spot with parks and restaurants a short drive or walk away. Pet friendly and very secure. Easy to look after with everything we needed. Nice space for a family, with 2-3 sitting areas plus a deck there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great and the jetty a plus. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was our first vacation in Australia and we could not be happier with our choice! The apartment has everything we need, it is peaceful and cozy ( missing the sofa 😂 when you test you will understand what I am saying! ) the location is fantastic. Dorelle was always helpful and gave us lots of information to make our time there easy and enjoyable. We hope to be back to Dorelle’s beach house soon! ☀️ 🌸

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

Trisha was a lovely, accommodating and informative host. Nespresso coffee machine was replaced within minutes of advising her that the one in the unit wasn’t working. 511 is a ground floor unit with a balcony set in a quiet part of the beautifully maintained tropical resort overlooking the river. The unit is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, has a super comfy bed with quality linen, soft towels and great hot water pressure in the shower. There’s a great Vietnamese restaurant on site and is close walking distance to wharf bars and restaurants, local RSL and shopping centre. Highly recommend a getaway stay at Trisha’s.

The Condo was perfect for our coast getaway, quiet location with the most amazing views. The only noises were the waves crashing onto the rocks. We had easy access to Kings Beach and the start of the boardwalk and enjoyed watching the many ships pass by. The driveway and access to the undercover carpark was quite daunting at first, however, we did get better at navigating the best angle to take on the steepness in our small car. We found the room to be exactly as described and as per the listing photos. Would definitely stay again.
