Nieuwpoort is considered a top location at the belgian coast for its combo of the beach and relaxing town life in the renewed city centre.

Family home among the yachts of Wemeldinge Marina

A lovely family home right in the middle of Wemeldinge Marina, with the sea at the end of the road. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so I am afraid that I will have to turn down any requests from groups or families with more than four adults.

Hier kan je genieten van een rustig verblijf aan het mooiste strand van Nederland, op 200m van de zee. Het is er zalig wandelen (vb natuurgebied Verdronken Zwarte Polder) en fietsen langs luxe fietspaden. Kinderen kunnen volop ravotten in de speeltuin of op het strand. Honger of dorst ? Geniet van de leuke strandpaviljoens met zicht op zee. Ga op ontdekking langs pittoreske dorpjes in de buurt (Groede, Retranchement, ..). Je logeert op 15 km van Knokke en Sluis.

Pleasant property for families with children, near the center. There is ample free parking(4/5 cars), close to all kinds of shops, bakery/butcher, supermarkets, park with a playground. And all this at walking distance from the local lake. And also from the train that runs to the beach in Zeebrugge in summer. All indoor toys for children (Lego, puzzles, games) and outdoor toys (go-cart, trampoline, table tennis/air hockey and table football) are available.

Cozy living room with large windows giving access to the terrace for the summer or with the wood stove burning in the winter. Spacious bedrooms with all a sink. Sfeervol vrijstaand familiehuis op twee minuten lopen van het strand. Gezellige restaurants en cafeetjes op een steenworp afstand. De zonnige tuin (met uiteraard een fijne bbq) kijkt uit op de duinen. Dit is nou wat ze bedoelen met vakantie! * Ons huis is alleen geschikt voor families met kinderen.
