Family-friendly holiday rentals in Noord

We stayed at Divi before and booked direct with resort. This time we found a room on air bnb. Also, Olga & Slav have a 2 bedroom which is hard/impossible to find direct with resort. All of the amenities needed were in room and there was even stuff to use at pool/beach in the closet. The hosts were very responsive to questions and proactively communicated info on check in and WiFi. We would definitely stay again.

Absolute Perfection – A Slice of Paradise! Staying at Gustavo’s condo in the Oasis Luxury Condos near Eagle Beach was everything we hoped for and more. The location is simply unbeatable—peaceful, quiet, and just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The gated community felt very safe and welcoming, and the entire complex is beautifully maintained. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From morning coffee on the patio to evenings by the pool, every moment felt like a dream. Gustavo was an outstanding host—extremely responsive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for tranquility, luxury, and convenience all in one, this is it. Truly all you could ever want in the most amazing location. We’re already planning our return—thank you, Gustavo, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

The entire stay was as advertised. It truly exceeded expectation by checking off even the small things Big shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water The AC worked well and kept the room as cold as desired The entire process was very simple and explained throughly before check in and check out.

Loved Izzy’s place! It was safe, clean and convenient. 5-10 minutes drive to beaches & restaurants. Apartment was well maintained and stocked really well. Everything we needed for a 5 days stay was provided for; from kitchen appliances to washer and dryer and even laundry detergent! Izzy was so responsive to all of our questions and needs and her response time was exemplary! Izzy also provided 2 beach chairs and a cooler, which were very useful. Adding a small beach umbrella to the amenities would be amazing since some beaches ran out of umbrella rental. Five stars and highly recommend Izzy’s place!

We had a lovely stay at Rafael’s condo in Noord! Very close to lots of restaurants and not a far drive from the airport or downtown area. Rafael’s home was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We had plenty of towels, hot water, and a kitchen fully stacked with utensils and amenities. AC worked great. Also loved the access to washer and dryer inside the home. The complex has 3 pools, a hot tub, Clubhouse, and gym as well. We had one small issue with the dryer not working but Rafael answered promptly and sent someone immediately to check on the issue and it was resolved in a matter of hours. Overall loved this stay and highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay! The place was absolutely spotless and slept 5 no problem. Mauro was great! Gave us detailed instructions before we arrived and didn't have to bother him for any issue!

Resort was perfect . Only thing that sucked was the hot tub not in use . And the shower water gets warm after about 10 mins . But everything else was straight

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was seamless, and Ricardo was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The location is perfect—close to a grocery store and a short walk to Eagle Beach (even after a full beach day, the walk was easy!). The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. While the beds are a bit dated, they were sufficient for our stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would gladly return! Thank you Ricardo & Maria—A+++ would recommend!

This is a beautiful home with all of the amenities described. We had a party of nine so there was plenty of space plus more to spare. The pool and got tub were amazing, and the slide was as fun as advertised. We rented cars, and getting there from the airport was a bit tough, but once we got there getting around for the remainder of the week was very easy. We loved the kitchen which was equipped with every appliance needed. The washer and dryer were older models, but they got the job done. The only minor inconveniences noted were that it took a day or so for the main/kitchen area to really cool down, but once it did, it was comfortable. The other side of the house was noticeably colder throughout the week. We ran out of toilet paper. And it took a little while for the water to warm up when using the showers. Also, it would be nice to have a TV in one of the common areas for group viewing. All in all I would love to stay there again, and would recommend it to others too!

We had a wonderful stay at Raquel and Miguel's place! It's a spacious second floor above their home with a really lovely balcony where we spent most mornings drinking coffee and reading. The view at sunset was great as well! It was a three minute drive to the beach, and grocery stores and restaurants are very close too. The wifi worked well and we felt at home. Raquel was so friendly and helpful as well! She had so many local recommendations and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed - such kind hosts! The provided beach chairs and cooler were also so helpful and saved us from having to rent chairs. This was the perfect base for our vacation in Aruba and I would recommend it to anyone!

Truly couldn’t have asked for a better host! Roxanne made my partner’s and my first trip to Aruba absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond—not to mention, she’s such a kind and thoughtful person. The location of her home made exploring the island effortless, with so many delicious food spots just a short distance away. The house was clean, and the backyard offered a beautiful view every morning. It was truly a relaxing and beautiful trip, and having such a wonderful host made it even more special!

What truly made our experience special, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A great place to stay as a solo traveller or travelling 2, situated in a nice safe neighbourhood walking distance to the beach and main cruise area. Very friendly and accommodating hosts would gladly stay again in the future :)

Very practical and comfortable accommodation, spacious and well equipped. Excellent value for money. A separate mention for Antonio, always attentive and predisposed, allowed us to enter earlier and retire later.

Great place for a family in Aruba! We brought our 8 month old baby with us and they were so accommodating with a high chair, pack and play, and a bath so we didn’t have to bring all of that. There was beach gear, plenty of towels, and a cute welcome basket. All the rooms had a bathroom which I appreciated. Neighborhood is about a 6 minute walk to the main strip and beach, but far enough that it is quiet at night. The pool was amazing. Overall, super clean and hosts were great with communicating, esp with helping us coordinate taxis. Would def stay again!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals, which was a huge plus for our family. The outdoor space was pure heaven—our family spent so much time enjoying the beautiful pool, swimming multiple times a day! It truly felt like our private oasis. The location was perfect as well, making it easy to explore the island while having a relaxing, comfortable retreat to come back to. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect home base in Aruba! We hope to be back someday and wi recommend this place to friends!

Loved the location! 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Aruba: Eagle. Not crowded. The condo was perfect. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were favorites. Along with a local tavern for quick drinks. Easy access and Aruba One was very responsive to any request! The only issue we encountered was that it didn't have a full sized oven. So the frozen pizzas we purchased we had to grill on the Webers by the pool! LOL. But everything else was top notch. The Ninja blender got a big workout from all the Daiquiris we made. Freezer was cold! Ice was plentiful too. Will book with them again when we return.

My stay at Judy's Palm Beach home over the holiday season was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and even more stunning than the photos. Judy was an exceptional host—quick to respond, incredibly accommodating, and thoughtful in every detail. She provided clear instructions for check-in and even left a lovely welcome gift for us, which was a wonderful touch. The location was ideal, just minutes from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It truly felt like a home away from home, and our family made so many wonderful memories here. This place is amazing! We loved our stay at David’s and Anita’s house. They are great and responsive hosts. We had a bit of an issue with or other booked AirBnB and they were able to take care of us last minute. Should have booked this AirBnB when I looked at it for the sake of saving a few dollars. Loved the outdoor kitchenette (I want one now) and the pool is amazing after a long hot day at the beach. I would recommend a car from their location. If I knew the bed was so comfortable I would have went to bed earlier on our 1st night. Shower and bathroom is really nice. A/C kept us cool. Parking in their driveway. Nice safe neighbourhood. Should we come back we will try to stay here for sure.

Perfect getaway for Aruba. Away from the busy tourist section, but close enough for a short drive to get there. Loved sitting outside and listening to the waves and watching the hermit crabs walk around the patio. The pool was a bonus and definitely hit the spot after a day on the hot beach. Mayel and Ronny were very attentive and responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Aruba! One Happy Island and One Happy Gueat!

This was a nice place to stay. Roberto was friendly. The pool was quite large. The apartment was small but had what we needed.

Jean is a wonderful host and I would recommend her place to first timers and frequent visitors to the Island alike. I wish I could keep it a secret and not tell anyone what a jewel her home is but that’s not fair to anyone looking the perfect getaway stay in Aruba. In one word, Perfect.
