About 100 km from Paris in our property in the Center-Val de Loire, a 30 m2 independent house, adjoining ours, composed of: 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. It is surrounded by a 4400 m2 natural garden in a quiet cul-de-sac, which leads to woods, meadows, a river and 2 ponds. You won't have the TV, but the company of chickens, goldfish from the pond, our mischievous cats, and the continuous song of birds.

La Bérangère is located in Romainvilliers, a small hamlet in the municipality of Escorpain. The house is ideally located 15 minutes from Dreux, 35 minutes from Chartres and its superb Gothic cathedral, 1 hour from Paris, and just over an hour from Giverny, the place of residence of the Impressionist painter Claude Monet. Visiting the Giverny Gardens is a delight. A Leclerc hypermarket is 5 km from the cottage in Saint-Lubin-des-Joncherets.
