Cosy cottage in the nature and 75 meter to ocean

This is a wonderful, charming and cozy cottage in a naturreservate with just 100 meter to the ocean, where you also find a small beach and rocks. People like the silence here. Its a with bunk bed (140cm bed and 90 cm beds) and a trinettekitchen and fridge. Shower is outside with cold och hot vatter and also a dubbel outhouse with view over the ocean. Our big house is just beside, but still you got youre own place. Its 21 km to Gothenburg, 17 km to Kungälv and to the lovley Marstrand its 26 km.

Bubbelpool, bastu och havsbad - Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende med nästan alla faciliteter man behöver. Vi har tre rum med sängplatser för två personer i varje rum. Utöver det har vi två extrasängar att nyttja för er som har barn med er. Eller så kan det finnas möjlighet att hyra attefallsstugan separat. Det är en gömd idyll som en gång i tiden var semesterö för Volvoanställda. På den tiden hette ön Trälen. Du ser Björkö, Karlatornet och Marstrand från ön.

The bed sofa can accommodate 2 adults (120cm wide). The sleeping loft 1 adult (Max 100kg, NOTE: Use is at own risk). 25min (car) to central Gothenburg. 50min (walk & bus) to central Gothenburg. NOTE: No running water in the guesthouse. Guest bathroom and laundry is seperate in the mainhouse. (private for the guests)

Ett givet boende för den byggnadsvårdsintresserade. 400 meter till mysig och stilla badstrand med brygga i Lensjön. 20 minuter bilväg till Göteborg och 15 minuter till Alingsås. Matbutik och restauranger finns nära till hands nere i Floda. Superbra svampskog i intilliggande skog. 50% av det vi tjänar på vårt Airbnb ger vi till välgörenhet.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Ny lägenhet på ca 35 kvm som ligger endast ca 10 min promenad till badplats samt Björlanda Kiles båthamn. Här finns plats för fyra bäddplatser rekommenderas två vuxna och två barn, kök med matplats för fyra samt helkaklat badrum. Lägenhet är byggd ovan garage så man har egen ingång även en uteplats med kvällssol

Aesthetically incredible! So beautiful making it a very comfortable experience. Extraordinary value for money. Great location for access out to ferry transport to archipelago islands and close to Gothenburg City. Superbly equipped kitchen/ comfortable sleeping environments lovely bathroom. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft! Das Apartment war stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, genau wie auf den Fotos. Man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe ins Detail geflossen ist, und wir haben die Ästhetik des Raumes wirklich genossen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage war auch fantastisch und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war reibungslos. Allerdings müssen wir ehrlicherweise sagen, dass die Unterkunft für eine reisende Familie (wir waren zu dritt, mit Baby) nicht ideal war. Es gibt zwar zwei große Betten, aber die stehen im Wohnraum. Da es sich um einen einzigen Raum handelt, fehlten uns einfach die Möglichkeiten, sich zurückzuziehen oder wenn das Baby schlief, noch etwas zu unternehmen, ohne es zu stören. Fazit: Für Alleinreisende oder Paare ist diese Unterkunft absolut perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfect place if you travel to Göteborg by car for several days! We stayed for one night, had a very good cozy sleep and a picturesque breakfast by the sea the next day. The owner is really nice and helped us when we couldn't find the place.

We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We certainly recommend this house. We felt at home and there is lot’s to see and do in the neighbourhood. The private island and he’s amazing sunsets is an amazing place to be. Gothenburg is an amazing, lovely and vibrant city and of course Liseberg parc is a must do. The beautiful islands that you can easily visit, different beaches to go in the neighbourhood… so much to do …. Just magnificent and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best homes we have been with. Even our kids agreed on this . We felt really taken care by Martin. Coming to his house felt like connecting with family you have not seen a long time ago that you suddenly realised you have missed seeing them . He has the gift of hospitality and this is reflected in how we were felt when we stayed at their home

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lovisas Haus. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig und das Meer fussläufig erreichbar. Die Busanbindung in die Göteburger Innenstadt funktioniert super, so dass man das Auto gut stehen lassen kann. Check-In und Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktionierten einwandfrei.
