Beautiful apartment, and a very helpful host. Due to the location being right down by the beach and restaurants, there will always be people loitering in front of the entrance door. This makes getting in and out kindof awkward, as you will have to ask people to move everytime. This is not Carolina's fault, it just has to do with the prime location. We would stay again.

Manuela est une hôte très sympathique et soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. L'emplacement du logement est idéal : près de la mer, des rues commerçantes, de la place... L'appartement est bien agencé et doté des équipements nécessaires. Un petit balcon typique et ouvert sur une petite cour apporte un véritable cachet. Un séjour italien réussi !

Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

Sehr freundliche und immer erreichbare Gastgeber, die sich stets um uns gekümmert haben. Kleine Wünsche wie zum Beispiel neue Handtücher wurden direkt erfüllt. Das Haus war super schön eingerichtet mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht, allerdings muss man doch etwas länger laufen um in den belebten Teil der Stadt zu gelangen. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht kommt man bei dieser Lage aber voll auf seine Kosten. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Hund gereist und auch das war ohne jegliche Probleme machbar. Gastgeber haben sich auch sehr über den kleinen gefreut und der Hund konnte ohne das wir uns Sorgen machen mussten im eingezäunten Garten spielen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und aufgenommen gefühlt und sehen keinen Grund der gegen einen zweiten Besuch sprechen würde! :)

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

Deborah è stata super gentile, risposte immediate. La casa è un bijoux tenuta benissimo con tutti gli spazi adeguati. Ci hanno anche lasciato caffè e tisane e dei prodotti per la colazione oltre ad acqua e succo di frutta già in fresco. La posizione è ottima, con una piccola discesa si arriva subito sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo anche utilizzato il parcheggio a disposizione che è sicuramente un plus in questa parte della Riviera. La casa è come da descrizione, la piccola scala non facile ma si tratta di pochi gradini, nulla di particolarmente problematica per me e mio marito e il nostro piccolo cagnolino. Bellissima vista mare dalle finestre dalla sala e della camera. Dormito benissimo, materasso comodo e letto piacevole. Super consigliato. A presto

Séjour parfait. L'appartement et le cadre est encore mieux que sur les photos! Samantha a été impeccable du début à la fin. Elle a toujours répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions, nous a donné des conseils de restaurants excellents. Merci Samantha! La piscine est magnifique, la vue sur la mer fantastique. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande absolument, surtout si vous avez choisi ce lieu comme nous pour visiter la maison d'Eileen Gray (Villa E-1027), vu que c'est juste à côté et que vous voyez la maison depuis la terrasse et la piscine: magique!

Top Unterkunft + tolle Gastgeberin Highlights: - Alles war sehr sauber, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. - Das Apartment ist direkt (50m Fussweg) am Meer (privater Strand + nettes Café) gelegen. - Die Kommunikation mit Isabella war einfach, klar und freundlich. Weiteres: - Das Apartment wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas klein, aber aufgrund der Organisation hat man alles (wir waren mit unserem Baby da und die Wohnung hat für ein paar Tage Ferien ausgereicht). Wir würden das Apartment bei einem erneuten Sanremo-Trip wieder buchen.

Super séjour chez Daniela. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment incroyable. Daniela est super arrangeante et nous conseillé de bonnes adresses qu'elle a pu réserver pour nous. Comme dans la plupart des logements en bord de mer de la région, le train passe juste derrière la maison ce qui est pratique pour aller visiter les villages environnants mais cause un peu de pollution sonore.

A dreamy escape by the Mediterranean This beachside apartment was pure magic. Overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean Sea,—we never tired of watching the waves roll in, with our morning coffee and a glass of wine at sunset. The balcony became our favorite spot, so peaceful. The apartment itself clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including kitchen appliances for home-cooked meals. We also enjoyed the shared pool. Direct access to the beach was so incredible—just a short walk down the stairs and we were there, toes in the sand. The location is right next to the train station, making day trips effortless. Parking required a short walk, but it was absolutely worth it for the stunning setting and proximity to the sea. Our host was responsive and helpful

We had a fabulous time at Bruno’s. Perfect for families who want to explore the area but also need a lovely place to hang out, cook in the evening and play in the garden & pool. Bruno and his family were so lovely and helpful. The area is quiet and beautiful and perfect place to stay to look around the Italian Riveria without staying in a super touristy area. The trains up and down the coast work well and you’re always 10/20 min away from one of the big hot spots to visit for the day. We will definitely be back

We had an unforgettable stay in this penthouse unit in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. I am a frequent traveller, using airbnb a lot, I can say this place - with great view/location/friendly host - was the best vacation destination so far. Not only we explored the lovely town, but we visited Eze, Monaco, Menton, nearby place. I would definitely consider going back to this place!

Il posto è semplicemente incantevole, un'oasi di tranquillità tra cielo e mare. Mi sono sentita a casa lontano da casa. La casa è accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. L'ambiente è pulito, confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli. L'host è stata davvero premurosa e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente! In perfetta posizione, ottimo per due persone, fantastico terrazzino dove si può fare colazione-pranzare-cenare e abbronzarsi. Appartamento luminoso in palazzina silenziosa. Host dispobibile, all'occorrenza risponde subito. Non mancheremo di tornarci

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, ci siamo trovati bene, si trova vicino al centro ed alla spiaggia, tutto raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Molto comodo il posto auto riservato all'interno del cancello. Unica nota negativa non erano presenti shampoo/bagnodoccia ma solo sapone per le mani.

Stefano nous a extrêmement bien accueilli. Il est très agréable et très réactif. L’appartement est impeccable ! Tout est confirmé aux photos et le balcon avec la vue mer est un endroit fabuleux et calme pour profiter d’un petit apéro avec un beau coucher de soleil. Wunderbare Lage. Den direkten Zugang zur A. Garibaldi Promenade ist super. Die Wohnung bietet alles um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Die Küche enthält alle notwendigen Utensilien um sich auch mal eine Mahlzeit selber zuzubereiten und auf dem Balkon unter Meeresrauschen das Essen geniessen zu können. Dies haben wir sehr geschätz. Die Kommunikation mit Davide verlief sehr wertschätzend. Wir erhielten zeitnah alle notwendigen Angaben. Herzlichen Dank und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder an diesen wunderschönen Ort.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar hell, vor allem das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Am Abend ist es - aufgrund der tollen Lage nahe beim Strand und den Restaurants - etwas laut. Wir würden jedoch wieder da übernachten, falls wir wieder in Alassio wären. Vielen Dank, liebe Alma.

Tolle, stilvoll eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Alles, was man braucht ist in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Lionel und Véronique sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber - wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und werden sicher wieder einmal kommen.

L'appartamento è in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, sia libera che attrezzata. Con una piacevole passeggiata di 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Pietra Ligure. Vicino si trovano anche le grotte di Borgio Verezzi che consiglio la visita. La cucina era fornita di tutto il necessario e i proprietari ci hanno gentilmente lasciato anche un pacco di caffè per la moka. Ottima esperienza, ci torneremmo!
