Holiday rentals with beach access in Noja

The flat is in a superb location, with access to a beautiful beach without crossing a road. Car parking is safe and easily accessed, same applies to the flat itself. The flat is compact and well appointed. The balcony space affords excellent views of beach and beyond, and is a sun-trap from noon onwards. Spotlessly clean. We stayed in mid-May. The weather was very good, warm and dry. We did not spend much time in the town, but when I drove through there seemed to be all the amenities you would expect. The local supermarket (LIDL) was easily accessed and well-stocked. The location allows for a beach holiday or using the flat as a base to tour the area, which is exceptionally scenic and offers a lot of different options. Maria is a delightful, helpful host. I intend to return asap.

Blanca's apartment is a beautiful space, with original paintings, stylish furnishings, comfortable beds and living areas. The neighborhood is very pretty, lots of trees, and convenient to the beach and promenade, grocery store, and other neighborhoods and sights. Parking was plentiful on the street. The building was quiet, and the apartment was well supplied with drinks and kitchen supplies. Would love to come back in the future.

Diana's apartment is equipped with everything you could need, even food is partially provided. We were traveling with 2 children and Diana offered us a crib for our little one, as well as all doors and windows extra secured. However, what you should know is that the apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator and the windows are not renovated. That means some workout every day and unfortunately a little clairvoyant, but the shutters are dark. But all this did not bother us. Only the water quality left something to be desired with strong chlorine taste, but that is difficult to change. Overall, we liked it very much and we can highly recommend the apartment and surroundings for a stay as a family.

All reviews of this apartment give it an excellent score, es normal. We were staying a few days and when we arrived we were surprised how clean it was. The apartment has all the necessary appliances to make the stay super comfortable and pleasant, in the surroundings there are all kinds of shops, a bakery that opens at the very first hour and has different food products, press, etc. There is also a shop of typical products from Cantabria, restaurants, etc., the apartment is next to the promenade of the port and in 7 minutes you walk you put in the center of Laredo. It is supertranquilo, no noise, has an outdoor terrace in case you want to have breakfast outside, it is super equipped and communication with José L. has been very fluid, giving us details at all times about how to get to the apartment, access to it, etc., etc., etc. We have already recommended this apartment to friends from Laredo who have family members outside, and when we return, we will definitely repeat!.

A very nice apartment in a great location with a fantastic view of the sea. We felt very comfortable there. Cooking and washing also worked well. Parking is available directly on the street. There are some beaches and coastal hiking trails nearby!

It's been a great few days. The house is in a perfect location, with very nice sea views and with a lot of tranquility. The house was perfect and Adolfo was attentive to everything at all times. Definitely a place where I and my family will want to go back.

Amparo and María welcomed me and my partner as true members of their family. We enjoyed perfect privacy, and at the same time were always attentive to any need. The house has all the essential amenities; however, the most noteworthy are its stunning views, the spacious terrace and an unbeatable location. Also, the accesses and parking are very easy to find. The access to the beach is unbeatable and, given the circumstances, we have the proximity of restaurants, two beaches, the lighthouse and cliffs that allow you to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We had thought about taking the car, but I didn't even need it, as everything turned out to be perfectly accessible on foot. If you are looking for tranquility, the comfort of the beach, spectacular views and a really nice stay, this is definitely the best place to enjoy an unforgettable getaway.

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check-out time: normally it is at 12 and so there is more time to clean up, but in this case it was at 11.

The stay was terrific. Met more than 100% of expectations. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and hospitable. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You will then need to find a parking space in the center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Jesus is very helpful and friendly, we loved the place, big front room with dining, nice balcony, plus a power shower, kitchen has everything needed. less than 15 minutes to the lovely big beach and restaurants, very nice area.

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

We had such a fabulous stay at Cristina's apartment! Firstly, Cristina herself is just the sweetest person. As soon as we booked the apartment, she was incredibly communicative and helpful, not missing a detail! She also provided us with a ton of great recommendations for around the area. She is really a fantastic host. The apartment is also amazing, and exactly as it appears in the photos - gorgeous seaviews, everything you need and more, and absolutely spotless. We especially loved that you had the incredible views in every room! Additionally, the living room was large and comfortable, the bedroom beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature throughout, and a spacious well-equppied kitchen. We loved it all! When we return to Spain, we would love to stay here again. Thanks again Cristina :)

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
