Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

Antoinette was the perfect host: super responsive, proactive, and very accommodating. The home was exactly as described and full of old time charm combined with all the modern amenities. My family of 6 was comfortable and felt at home. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

Thanks to Como and Juliette for the great family stay at their pretty house in Vincennes. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the house, its equipment, including a parking space in a garage, the proximity to many shops and restaurants as well as public transport. Everything was spotless and as described. A special mention for Como's excellent responsiveness to our requests and for the delicate attention. Thank you again. I mentioned a good value for money and not a very good one but you have to take into account the size of the house (4 bedrooms), the period (JO Paris 2024) and especially the (exorbitant) commission of Air BnB. Maybe that's the only problem.

The stay at Catherine and Philippe's went very well. The location is ideal for visiting Paris and the peaceful environment. There are all the amenities within walking distance (shops, market, metro...), and the necessary for housing (bed linen, towels, cleaning products, condiments...). A place to remember!

Flavie's place is convenient for saving money by staying outside city center. it's very easy to catch the train to Paris. we did the week Navigo pass and it was perfect for exploring Paris and the surrounding towns. Her place is comfortable. and we enjoyed the bistro set up out front.

We stayed Denis place about 10 days and it was perfect. This place is so safe and perfect location. Every place we want to go, so easy and not too long specially effel tower(15min bus). 3 metro station near by. Inside house is modern and clean comfy. I want to come Paris with my daughter next time I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Denise and Annegret.

It’s a big house! You will have plenty of space to be with your family or group of friends. And the house is spotless! You can have peace of mind about it. It’s a great choice to walk around Paris using metro and it’s a peaceful neighborhood too. Totally worth it!

We spent 4 days at Karine's home and really enjoyed our stay. The area is lively, everything is at hand, groceries, lovely boulangerie, restaurants. We had a great meal at Brasserie Martin, one of Karine' recommendations. Karine was great to communicate with. Check in was easy and Karine was very flexible. We arrived in Paris earlier than our check in time but that was not a problem. The home was spacious and clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us. The metro was close by making getting around very easy. We would definitely return next time we are in Paris.

Valère’s place is perfectly located in a vibrant neighbourhood of Paris, but also completely serene once you’re inside the courtyard. We enjoyed sipping drinks on the terrace, cooking dinner in the kitchen and in the evenings we cosied up on the couch. One of our favorite things about the apartment was watching films (cinema style) with the projector in the living room! The place is also beautifully decorated, which makes you feel like you’re the star of your own movie. We would recommend staying here if you’re a family with smaller children, as the two single beds are a bit small for young adults. We had a wonderful time and would definitely revisit! We had a very enjoyable stay at this thoughtfully furnished house. Its location in a quiet neighborhood and proximity to the RER station was very convenient. The kids loved the kids’ furniture and the many toys. We felt that we had plenty of space in this house with 3 adults and two littles. Future guests may want to take note of the additional rules as there is a house cat who comes and goes.

Ms. Agnes was really helpful during our 3-day stay. She was informative about transportation system, market locations and helped us in need. House was clean, fresh and had everything we need. We also liked how nice and and artistic the house looks. Just keep that in mind, it is far from city center and you should learn metro and bus lines well. Highly recommended✨

The accommodation is clean, neat and very comfortably furnished. It's very quiet there and in good weather it's very nice in the garden. There are comfortable chairs and also a parasol. Fabienne is a very kind and helpful hostess. She was always quick to reach. The internet connection is very good and stable. We felt very comfortable there from the first day. The beds are very comfortable (good mattresses), the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, oven and induction stove, in the garden even an electric grill, all high and new). The metro station to Paris is a 12-minute walk. Bakery, butcher and shopping shop is only a 5-minute walk away. There are also some restaurants in Cachan in various price ranges to stop. Fabienne is always happy to help you with questions and is an excellent host.

Everything was as expected, amazing in one word. The host was always available to answer our questions. The place was incredibly clean and new. Very appropriate for couples or single travellers as it's very private and peaceful. We had easy access to the train station that goes to the centre of Paris (about 40min from the place to Eiffel Tower) which was very helpful for us.

Phillipe's home was the perfect fit for our large group of 12. The spacious home allowed us our privacy and included areas to gather as a group and enjoy the peace and tranquility the home offered. Phillipe answered our pre-trip questions, was gracious to allow us an early check-in and made time to connect with us after our arrival. Having access to the laundry room was a plus. Overall, the home was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and amazing. When it came to dining out or grabbing a quick bite to eat, there was no shortage of great restaurants or bakeries in the area to choose from. The Metro was a short walk away making it convenient to see every Paris attraction. I highly recommend Phillipe's home and would stay again for a future trip.
