We had a great time. The apartment is very well located in a quiet and peaceful location. The host is very responsive and serious. I highly recommend it.

We spent 4 days in Paris. The location is ideal for spending the night just outside the center. The center can be reached by train and metro in a short time. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity! Parking, shopping or eating in a nice suburban area. The apartment itself is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children! Great cut, well maintained and clean. It was perfect for us! Raphael welcomed us kindly and promptly, gave precise instructions, that's how we want it! Thanks to Raphael!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need – from the well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. We especially liked the terrace, ideal for breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The hostess was friendly and helpful – if you had any questions or requests, she responded immediately. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Nelson was more than kind as I stayed the night before flying out. He helped me locate a restaurant open on Sunday (surprisingly good pizza) and when I was worried about locating the car rental return, he sent photos which helped immensely and made it much easier to navigate. The place was spotless and has lovely glass doors to open to let in the breeze. The flat was on the ground floor, so a large light-blocking screen allowed for privacy by lowering it to around knee level while leaving the doors open (or closing it to sleep). There are also blinds that let in lots of light, but they’re not helpful if the doors are open. If you want to return a full tank in a rental, I suggest you do it on your way to the flat - the flat is so close to the terminals you probably won’t pass a station (even the one that’s right before CDG) on your way. Also, the dedicated parking was great - perfect for rearranging items in luggage before loading the car. Overall, perfect for my CDG flight!

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

Our stay was very nice. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the listing, it is clean, comfortable and very quiet. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the transport, in particular the RER A, which greatly facilitates access to all the must-see sites of Paris via the metro and bus. The hosts were responsive and caring, which made our experience even better.

Great spot near the airport. The place is spacious, clean and very organized. Michel is an excellent person who is attentive to everything.

Accommodation perfectly matches the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

There are usually two types of places on Airbnb, there houses for rent and there are homes. This is second type, it's somebody's home owner let you to stay. Place has a lot of stuff, garage full of instruments and tools for creative people, kitchen is probably the most equiped I ever saw anywhere, I had to learn how to use thermomix for ex. Cookware is expensive and in full supply. If you can't cook anything on that kitchen, you have no business cooking at all. Oh and every single item in house has QR code with short video of how to use it! Trampoline is also awesome, kids were spending hours there! Location is great, you have a lot of shops nearby, in walking distances, as well as tons of restaurants. Great place, highly recommend! We've been in 60+ places in recent 2 years and that's probably first 5 stars we giving.

A clean, well equipped and soothing cocoon Really great stay in this home located in a quiet and relaxing area, perfect for blowing while staying close to Paris. We felt right at home thanks to impeccable cleanliness and ultra complete equipment: towels, bath products, dishes, functional kitchen, washing machine, and even a piano for mop artists — the detail that makes all the difference. The accommodation is well thought out, well maintained, and ideal for a few days. Only small downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle if you have a large vehicle (as was the case for us), so it's better to anticipate or come in a smaller model if possible. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Responsive host, serene atmosphere, and a real sense of comfort. A place that I'd recommend without a second thought, and where I'd be happy to come back.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights at the end of April (2 families with a total of 3 small children). Before arriving, we had some questions; the whole team always responded directly and supported us superbly. Also with the PassPass App. This allowed us to book a slightly earlier arrival and got all the information (such as the storage of the key, etc.) From the location, the house is ideal for visiting Disneyland (15 min by car) and to go to Paris (30 min by train). The only drawback for us...the house was a little clairvoyant and it could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise, we are completely satisfied and would fully recommend the house.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.
