Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un endroit calme et paisible. L'hôte est très réactif et sérieux. Je recommande fortement.

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Paris. Die Lage ist ideal um etwas außerhalb des Zentrums zu nächtigen. Das Zentrum ist mit Bahn und Metro in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. In direkter Nähe befindet sich alles was man benötigt! Parken, Einkaufen oder Essen schöne Vorstadtgegend. Das Appartement selbst ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ideal! Toll geschnitten, gut gepflegt und sauber. Für uns war es perfekt! Raphael hat uns freundlich und prompt empfangen, präzise Anweisungen gegeben, so wünschen wir das! Vielen Dank an Raphael!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung rundum genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken oder abends ein Glas Wein genießen. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit – bei Fragen oder Wünschen wurde sofort reagiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft weitet empfehlen!

Nelson was more than kind as I stayed the night before flying out. He helped me locate a restaurant open on Sunday (surprisingly good pizza) and when I was worried about locating the car rental return, he sent photos which helped immensely and made it much easier to navigate. The place was spotless and has lovely glass doors to open to let in the breeze. The flat was on the ground floor, so a large light-blocking screen allowed for privacy by lowering it to around knee level while leaving the doors open (or closing it to sleep). There are also blinds that let in lots of light, but they’re not helpful if the doors are open. If you want to return a full tank in a rental, I suggest you do it on your way to the flat - the flat is so close to the terminals you probably won’t pass a station (even the one that’s right before CDG) on your way. Also, the dedicated parking was great - perfect for rearranging items in luggage before loading the car. Overall, perfect for my CDG flight!

Notre séjour a été très agréable. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, il est propre, confortable et très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité des transports, en particulier du RER A, qui facilite grandement l'accès à tous les sites incontournables de Paris via le métro et le bus. Les hôtes se sont montrés réactifs et attentionnés, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore meilleure.

Excelente sitio cerca del aeropuerto. El sitio es amplio, limpio y muy organizado. Michel es una persona excelente que está pendiente de todo.

Logement parfaitement conforme a l annonce. Nous n avons manqué de rien. Il y avait meme des boissons au frigo a notre attention lors de notre arrivé. Quartier tres calme et sécurisent. Nous sommes venu accompagné de notre petit chien, cour intérieur entièrement clôturé. Audrey a fait preuve d attention en nous donnant des infos multimédia sur le logement. Nous recommandons +++

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. There are usually two types of places on Airbnb, there houses for rent and there are homes. This is second type, it's somebody's home owner let you to stay. Place has a lot of stuff, garage full of instruments and tools for creative people, kitchen is probably the most equiped I ever saw anywhere, I had to learn how to use thermomix for ex. Cookware is expensive and in full supply. If you can't cook anything on that kitchen, you have no business cooking at all. Oh and every single item in house has QR code with short video of how to use it! Trampoline is also awesome, kids were spending hours there! Location is great, you have a lot of shops nearby, in walking distances, as well as tons of restaurants. Great place, highly recommend! We've been in 60+ places in recent 2 years and that's probably first 5 stars we giving.

Un cocon propre, bien équipé et apaisant Séjour vraiment top dans ce logement situé dans un quartier calme et reposant, parfait pour souffler tout en restant à proximité de Paris. On s’est sentis tout de suite chez nous grâce à une propreté impeccable et un équipement ultra complet : serviettes, produits de bain, vaisselle, cuisine fonctionnelle, lave-linge, et même un piano pour les artistes en vadrouille — le détail qui fait toute la différence. Le logement est bien pensé, bien entretenu, et idéal pour se poser quelques jours. Seul petit bémol : le stationnement peut être un peu galère si vous avez un gros véhicule (comme c’était le cas pour nous), donc mieux vaut anticiper ou venir en plus petit modèle si possible. Sinon, rien à redire. Hôte réactif, ambiance sereine, et un vrai sentiment de confort. Un endroit que je recommande les yeux fermés, et où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Wir habe Ende April 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht (2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 kleinen Kindern). Vor der Ankunft hatten wir noch einige Fragen; das ganze Team hat immer direkt geantwortet und uns super unterstützt. Auch mit der PassPass App. Damit konnten wir eine etwas frühere Ankuft buchen und bekamen alle Infos (wie die Ablage des Schlüssels etc.) Von der Lage her ist das Haus ideal für den Besuch von Disneyland (15 Min mit dem Auto) und um nach Paris zu fahren (30 Min mit dem Zug). Das einzige Manko für uns...das Haus war etwas hellhörig und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Ansonsten sind wir vollstens zufrieden und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.
