A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! I must also say that the wine from your vineyards is just the best 😎 Till next time 😉

We found this to be an excellent base for our holiday in Tuscany. The house was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. It is a great location to explore Tuscany with lots to do within a short driving distance. We also need to mention Nadia who was fantastic in welcoming us and providing us with lots of local information and tips. She was also extremely responsive when we had any questions. We would happily book this property in the future.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen, tolle Landschaft, schöner Pool , sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Angelo ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir sind begeistert😊

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Euch. Die Lage der Wohnung war super, der Strand in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, die Wohnung mit Herz eingerichtet und allem was man braucht. In der Gegend gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar ein leckeres Restaurant direkt gegenüber, super für Sommerabende und ohne Anfahrt. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und war perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Außerdem sind Angelo und Elena sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend gewesen. Spontan wurde uns noch ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung gestellt. Am Abend gefragt und morgens stand er schon da 😄👌. Wir haben die Zeit echt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wat een geweldige plek is dit! Een fijn en comfortabel huis met een heerlijk terras en een waanzinnig uitzicht over de vallei, waar je naar kon blijven kijken. Een grote terrasachtige olijfboomgaard aan alle kanten om je heen. Geen buren in zicht, zelden zo’n plek gezien! Onze hond kon vrij rondscharrelen. Ze is oud en kan moeilijk traplopen, maar dat was hier niet nodig. In de omgeving is vanalles te zien en te beleven. We bezochten Lucca, wandelden over de vlonderpaden bij het meer van Massaciuccole, zwommen in zee bij Viareggio, bezochten het pittoreske Pietrasanta waar we ook heerlijk hebben gegeten en kwamen helaas nét tijd tekort voor een wandeling en zwempartij bij de watervallen van Candalla. Je moet niet bang zijn om smalle weggetjes te rijden, want daar ontkom je niet aan. De laatste 100 meter naar beneden naar het huis zijn onverhard en je moet er in 2 bochten steken, maar met onze Volvo stationwagon (geen 4WD en flink formaat) lukte dit prima. Was alleen even wennen!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Claudio in occasione del Lucca Comics, la casa è perfetta per raggiungere il centro in circa 20/30 minuti. La casa è piccolina, ma ha tutto il necessario per una coppia. Completamente nel verde e nella tranquillità. Claudio è stato gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente torneremo.

Casarosa is a vacation house with the warm feeling of a home. Upon entering through the main gate, you are left speechless by the spectacular view. Once you recover from that and look in the opposite direction, you can see the beautiful garden with the pool, everything perfectly maintained. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-organized. Everything was very clean. Casarosa has everything necessary for your stay. We lacked nothing, Cristiana thought of everything. But now let's talk about the decoration; the house is beautifully decorated with love for details. All the spaces are in harmony and transmit peace. Cristiana personally welcomed us and showed us everything we needed. She even gave us suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Even after check-in, Cristiana was always available if we wanted to know something. We spent some incredible days in this place; our teenage children were also fascinated by the cool Insta-Spots they found in Casarosa.
