Ideal for reaching the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi in a short time and in a strategic position to visit the main cities of art such as Lucca, Pietrasanta, Pisa, Florence, Siena as well as tourist destinations such as the Carrara marble quarries or the romantic Cinque Terre.

Cosy Gemelli apartment offers panoramic views over the valley towards the sea and features a living room, open plan kitchen fully equipped, bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, woodburning stove and air conditioning. The large terrace offers shared dining and lounger chairs and includes a barbecue. There is a tranquil second terrace in the olive grove behind the apartment. Shared pool on a terrace above the hamlet with amazing sunsets.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La BOTOLA is part of this place.
