My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

Sandra was a terrific host. her place was as described even better. beds were comfortable,lots of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, and pool toys and indoor and outdoor toys/games. perfect for us as we had a family wedding in the area. neighborhood was nice, quiet nearby to stores and restaurants.

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

It was a cute house, with a nice pool and places to lounge. Located in a nice private area. We enjoyed our stay

This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

Pool was lovely. Layout was very open. Such a nice place for us as well as our dogs.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. There were beach items in the garage and pickleball paddles in the cabinet. The location was a nice neighborhood with a pool a very short walk away. The instructions were very helpful and easy to understand.

We had a five-night stay booked in this townhouse while visiting family in the area, and we had a fantastic experience! The place was super clean, and easy to check in and check out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen met our needs beautifully, and we loved having the ability to wash and dry clothes during our stay. Whenever minor issues came up, it was easy to communicate with Kristen. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this beautifully redone gem. It was quiet, serene and everything we expected. Was close to the downtown area (under 10 min drive) and about 10 minute drive to the beach. Perfect location. Dani was very kind and responsive and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Absolutely would recommend for anyone visiting St. Augustine and we will definitely be back.

This home is even better than pictured! There are thoughtful details everywhere like tea, coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, makeup towels, and lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers! Everything was so comfortable, clean, and welcoming and Antonio was incredibly communicative and accommodating! The fenced yard also is especially a wonderful feature especially for folks traveling with their pup! We enjoyed playing corn hole in the backyard and there is even a fire pit for cooler weather! We would highly recommend everything about our experience! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

Wonderful location that can’t be beat, just steps away from an amazing community pool and close to I-95, yet had a quiet, secluded feeling. Comfortable bedrooms and the living/dining area was bigger than we expected from the photos! Kitchen only has basic essentials, but was well organized and easy to use for breakfast and lunch. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked very well, and they even provided detergent pods. I’m an early riser and absolutely loved the peacefulness on the patio during the cool of the morning. Excellent, clear communication from the host through messages that allowed us the privacy that we prefer. Biggest improvement I have already recommended to the host is to take better care to mop the tile floors as they felt sticky. Wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend!

It was a great weekend ,the house was very lovely, neatly, my family and I love your decorations it’s simple but beautiful and warm I felt like home. The neighbor is so quiet, private, it’s nice neighbors if somebody wants to go to st Augustine it’s a great place to go it’s easy to go to the downtown and to take the highway as well. We were 7 peoples we were very comfortable, only the dining table is not for a big group more than 4. Otherwise, My Host was open and responded fast and clear direction. Also whenever, he text me back he did professionally nice and respectful. For me , personally , I would encourage anyone who wants to go to st Augustine to choose M. Dmytro for your hosting. I encourage him to keep your mom house more greater.

This house was beautiful and very clean. We had 1 maintenance issue and Lucus responsed within 1 min and a maintenance person was there within 10mins. The house has everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen and baths. We enjoyed our stay and will book there again if in the area. Thank you Lucus for sharing your house.

We had a lovely weekend here! The home was exactly as described - extremely clean too. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the loop and spotting the unusual ducks. This is a great to stay home, especially if you have children with you. Host was amazing and very flexible with our check in which was so appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time! We love staying at places with a fun personality and this place absolutely delivered! Not only was the decor perfect, but the personal touches we received were a bonus. This was the first rental we've ever had that didn't require us to basically clean the place before we head out. It was a nice change of pace. You definitely won't regret staying here.

We love this place so much! The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a small group or a family! We did stay alone in it but it was nice to have our gaming systems hooked up in separate bedrooms. We loved the back yard and everything we needed was within a 20 minutes drive. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court just up the road. We’re moving to Jacksonville, and if we have to go down again we’d gladly stay there!

This was the perfect place for our family getaway! We traveled with our 18-month-old, and having access to all the baby gear made things so much easier. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, and nearby cities! The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was well stocked with everything you could need for a fun-filled Florida vacation / beach day-- like beach toys, coolers, a canopy, and cruisers. The only downside was the mattresses being very firm, which left us with a few backaches—but overall, it was a wonderful stay and we'd definitely come back!

Place was fabulous! I was raised in Jax and came back for nephews graduation and needed a place to stay. Would stay here again in a minute. Close to beach close to town. Felt safe since I was by myself. Would highly recommend 🩵
