Donatello’s flat is unique and stylish with spacious and beautifully arranged rooms. The terrace is a good place to sit and eat. The area has a very good vibe, the noise is all positive; mainly people having a good time in the restaurants and bars which are around. Some music too. There are food shops nearby. The kitchen is personal and contains things you might need immediately - suggest getting to the fish market early in the morning to buy some really fresh fish and to keep the local trades going. For visiting the city, this apartment is in the old part of town. Walk the streets and have a good time!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were about a 5-6 minute walk to the center of Taormina with TONS of restaurants , shopping and near everything . He suggested we try his family owned restaurant and it was wonderful . We went twice and brought new friends we had just met. He helped order us a ride to the train station and always was responsive . Highly recommended staying there

We will be back. Fantastic service. Very quiet neighbours. Feeling from home to home with Marco and his wonderful, dynamic and enthusiastic family. They love their work. Great value for money. Best restaurant recommendations. Tours, swims in the ocean, a fascinating city. We did most events by foot, train and bus.

Emanuele's place was terrific from the start. Communication from Marateresa was clear and she was good enough to meet us at the apartment for our check in and to let us know about the area. The greatest thing about this location is not only the impressive views, but the access to the cable car and Isola Bella beach which is serviced by a private gate to the public steps. The apartment was spacious and had everything we wanted. The only minor thing I'd note is that the shower was on the small side. We managed ok and this didnt detract from our stay. Thanks for an amazing stay! Would definitely come back.

A very nice accommodation in a great location! The small balcony on a typical Sicilian alley was wonderful and the apartment is located directly in a side street to Via Etna - it doesn't get any more central. The only small downside: There was a bit of mold in the bathroom, which you could smell quite easily, but you could ventilate. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was also very comfortable. Everything very clean. Also a great value for the money - we loved it!

We absolutely loved our 6 nights staying here. The place was great for so many reasons. The Location- easy walk to all the main attractions, to the local markets, to restaurants, and much more. The Apartment- has everything you need- kitchen, nice bathroom, big bedroom, balcony, courtyard, beautiful marble stairs coming into the building. Communication- we were met at the door, were given help carrying our luggage up the few stairs, shown around the space, given recommendations, and all questions through AirBnb were answered quickly. We would absolutely stay here again. One note- there was a little street noise at night- this is Catania Centro, so not unexpected. This did not bother my husband at all- I'm a light sleeper and used ear plugs and had no issues getting good sleep. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The house is very comfortable, and the garden is gorgeous. Our children were able to play in the garden and swimming pool. If you want to sit a little outside the tourist hustle and bustle, and yet have all the amenities at your fingertips, this is ideal. We would like to come back.

We had such a wonderful time at Tina’s casetta de campo. The house is totally enclosed and secluded so perfect for us as a family. We loved the hammock and swinging chair area, which was a cool place to read and play cards. The view of Mount Etna from there is also amazing. My husband and son walked to one of the calderas and the lava fields from close to the house. We enjoyed the company of the cats, birds, butterflies and cockerel. It’s well equipped, and feels like a real home from home. Tina could not have been more accommodating and friendly and I only wish that we could have started longer. Next time - Grazie Mille Tina 🙏

We had such a lovely time! The house was very clean and comfortable with a cute balcony. It’s a short walk into the centre and lots of nice places to eat nearby. Demetra was very helpful and easy to get hold of. Would definitely recommend, thank you!!

Spacious and well-furnished apartment. Impeccable cleanliness and a very responsive and friendly host. Nice neighborhood, not too central but well connected, quiet and full of options if you don't want to go to the center for an aperitif/dinner. Absolutely affordable value. Highly recommended.

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

I can't imagine a better host than Francesco. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. The location is also great. Francesco is a very kind person, willing to help. One day he took us on a boat trip, it was amazing. We highly recommend! ☺️❤️

Great place to stay. Just as it was. before when we stayed in 2022. A calm within the storm that is Catania. Finally visited Etna but need to visit again to get higher up.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment, very clean with modern furnishings and everything felt new. The air con was the super quiet, you would never know it was on! Emanuele was the best host we have ever experienced and great with local info and restaurant recommendations as well as being so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very central with lots of choice of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away - Italinicius has the best pizza we have ever tasted and worth a visit. Also La Cambusa has excellent food in a beautiful setting on the beach. The bus service is good although we walked along to the train station for a few early morning trains to Messina & Syracuse (its about a 25 minute walk from the apartment). We stayed here for 2 weeks and can highly recommend Emanuele's apartment for great amenities and the central location. 100% 5 stars!

Eduardo’s place was located on a quiet street close to bars, restaurants, and the square. Easy to get to public transit. The space was just as described, and clean upon arrival. Eduardo was a great host that made sure if we had any questions they were answered.

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, as are the pillows, and the bathroom is spacious, with two sinks, which is very practical. The location is excellent: it is close to the center of Catania and only 10 minutes walk from the train and bus station. In addition, Diego has always been very attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. A 10-star deal!
