Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nishiyodogawa Ward

We had a fantastic time staying at this property with our 4 families traveling abroad. It’s very close to the train station, and only a few train stops away from Universal Studios. There’s also a 7-eleven and Family Mart within a couple minutes walking distance. The host was very kind and showed us great hospitality during our stay. Definitely recommend especially if you have a large family staying in Osaka.

We spent 8 nights in Osaka, and Tony's place was perfect. Nakatsu station is ~5 minutes from the house, and you can get anywhere from there. Tony was phenomenal, meeting us when we arrived, showing us how everything operated at his place, and then taking us to the train station on our departure day. Tony is great and his place is great. I could not imagine staying anywhere else now. Phenomenal host. Honestly, the best we've ever had, and we've had great hosts. Book now!

Great place to stay! Went to USJ (only 20 minutes by train!). Very close to Dotonbori and Namba by train. Very responsive host!

Very clean home with very friendly neighbors. Sakura was very friendly and responsive and even helped us book a luggage transfer service from Osaka to Tokyo at the last minute. We truly appreciated her great communication, especially since it was our first time in Japan.

This is a great accommodation! We slept really well and enjoyed using the kitchen and some of the very modern appliances. We would definitely stay again.

We hit the jackpot with this stay! honestly book now before she raises the price as she easily could. absolutely beautiful home accurately described. great communication from The Host from the local guide to labeling all of the buttons on the appliances and light switches in English so it was easy to figure everything out. not only that but it's beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Kiki was so nice on positive and made us feel very very welcome. snatched this one up quick!

Ryo was an excellent host. Very helpful and responsive. Provided lots of information for the local area and Osaka in general. We had a great time and really enjoyed the space.

3日間泊まりました。室内はとても清潔で、食器類や調味料も用意されていました。近くにスーパーがあるので、買い物も便利でした。また、近くの飲食店にテイクアウトもあったので、充実した食事になりました。こちらの確認不足で布団の用意が1組しかありませんでしたが、翌日もう1組用意してくださり、とても助かりました。質問に対しても返答がとてもなく、安心して過ごすことができました。

The location is great! Just a couple stations away from Osaka Station. There were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, a farmacy among other things. I was concerned about other people mentioning the train's sounds, you could hear them but it was really nothing to bother you. I had a good time.

利便性の高い駅から近いのに静かで快適でした。クーラーの効きやシャワーの水圧もよく、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機、ドライヤー、ハンガーもあり助かりました。宿泊前の問い合わせもフレンドリーで返答が早く、安心できました。大阪に行くときはまたお世話になりたいです。

Cosy and clean space with all the amenities you would need (minus coffee). Good access to public transport to explore the city and the host was helpful with any questions we had, thanks!

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

this place was great and pretty central in Osaka so getting around is easy. Namba station is a 5 min walk . Its literally right at the dotonbori and close the famous neon billboards Osaka is known for that you get to see it practically throughout your stay. Layla was easy to talk to. Place was very clean up on arrival. 3 convenient stores are just outside, so you can easily get snacks. I'd definitely book here again when I come back to Osaka l. highly recommend. 5 stars!

The place was beautiful and has its own charm especially the old style of it. It is also great for location as it's close to the metro station and bus station are easy to find and get to. Many local eats too along the streets left and right. Also have a supermarket nearby and konbini as well. All in all the location and stay is 5/5 and perfect! The host was very responsive and clear with the instructions and rules. Also provided quick answers when messaged them. Thank you Ermitage for the responsiveness and place to stay, will recommend to friends and family for sure!

Great value for a quiet stay in a traditional neighborhood just off the subway line. Easy access to rest of city. Apartment was spacious and provided a traditional Japanese living experience. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.
