Holiday rentals with a patio in Nishinari Ward

Im staying here for 04 days 03 night with total of 05 in family, A very good location, a clean n big house with 03 queen bed 01 single bed n 02 sofa bed, a free WIFI in the house and a very affordable price. The owner Ms Yuri was very very friendly. This house is a walking distance to Shin-Imamiya station. Just one stop train station to Namba Osaka with 02 minutes journey. Will stay again fior next trip. Recommended to stay for those planning trip to Osaka.Gonna missed this family and the best place to stay ever.Thank alot yuri ,we will come back .. love halmy & rina

Nice Location close to shops and restaurants

Nice place in a good location. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was good for cooling off from the outside. Bathroom was spacious and functional for modern Japanese style. Hana was responsive and accommodating. The place is in a good location for walking or catching transit, and outside the very touristy area. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall, perfect for our stay in Osaka. We wanted a central location, walkable to the main areas that we were interested in, and this was perfect for that. Yes, it's compact, but we knew that going into it. It still had room division (a sliding door), private laundry facilities and a balcony, which was unique to find for this location and price. It's basic, and could have a better laid out kitchen / facilities plan (eg. location of pots and cutlery were a bit confusing, you had to roll away the bins to access them) but we understand that's the nature of organising a tight space. Some other minor things were confusing, eg. it wasn't 100% clear what the wifi or checkout instructions were and we had to assume some things or ask for the info. However the host was very friendly and amenable to our questions or suggestions. Thank you for providing this property!

Beautiful apartment in Osaka. Have a great view of the shrine across the street. Metro is walkable and the host are super responsive.

Great home stay with all the necessary amenities available. Less than 10mins walk to Dotomburi and Nipponbashi station. Counted almost 7 to 8 24hrs convenience stores around, can get any quick meal or even laundry or cooking needs anytime of the day. Very neat and clean and everything is working perfectly. Your recommended home stay if you are visiting Osaka.

整体非常棒，地理位置优越离难波一站路 楼下就是地铁口，周围有711 罗森等便利店走一小会有一个大超市，离永旺也很近适合带孩子出游！

우선 덴카차역이랑 가까워서 공항 가기에 너무 좋았어요 도보 2~3분 거리에 다른 역도 있어서 이동하기 편하고 또 편의점이나 마트도 가까이있어 잘 이용했어요 집이 너무 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있고 방이 4개여서 다수의 인원이 편하게 잘 지냈어요 떠나기 전날 비가 왔는데 비오는 동네도 너무 좋더라구요 숙소에 있는 우산쓰고 동네 산책했는데 운치있었어요 전반적으로 만족하고 추천해요

这次在大阪的住宿体验很好，房子很大有三间房间，都是大约1.5m的双人床。一共有三层，房间在三楼，二楼是餐厅客厅浴室，一楼有一间合室和洗手间。我们是三个人入住，两间厕所妥妥够了，浴室的暖气设备、水龙头都很好，洗澡很舒适。我是比较挑枕头的人，他们家床品的枕头也蛮舒服的。地段很安静，直行转一个弯大概五六分钟就能到达天王寺站，出行还是很方便的，附近就有一家711，周边也有很多吃东西的地方，推荐～

Tatsu’s place was very beautiful and modern. It was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need! Tatsu was also very friendly! We look forward to staying there again. Highly recommended ❤️

这次的住宿体验非常棒，房子明亮干净，是我们喜欢的那种感觉。老板是同胞，沟通非常流畅并且热心，遇到的一些小问题都会非常快速的回复，推荐大家入住！

很好的地方！性价比很高 远离闹市 可以很好的休息 但是交通也很方便！距离难波也就两站地铁！特别喜欢小露台 晚上可以喝点啤酒！

Authentic Stay in a Convenient Osaka Location 🌸 We had a wonderful time staying at Jiao’s charming home in Osaka. The home was cozy, clean, and aesthetically pleasing giving me a real taste of Japanese culture. I especially loved the tatami floors and quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short walk to the nearest subway station, which made getting around Osaka super easy. There was a 7-11 nearby, so I always had everything I needed close at hand. The host was responsive and helpful, and check-in was smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a more authentic and peaceful stay while still being well-connected to the rest of the city!

Sind insgesamt super zufrieden, man hatte im 9ten Stock seine Ruhe und an Ausstattung war alles da. Preis-Leistung war auch top!

Liren was an amazing host, responsive and had very easy to follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. The space was overall clean, a tiny bit busty near the blinds of the where the bed was but nothing to worry about. Unit was really worth it for the price, especially since it was a 7-8 minute walk to Dontonburi.

1第一次用爱彼迎订民宿 没想到位置这么方便 离地铁站步行超级近就三分钟到大国町地铁站，出行很方便 2对面一条街就是711超市，方便采购 3.房东回复超级快 有问题马上迅速回复很快解决我的问题 超级Nice 4.日本的酒店超级小 但这个民宿该有的都有 还很安静 下次去大阪 我还选这里 性价比太高了

第一次入住就連續六晚，原本有點擔心如果踩到雷就完了 但是房東回覆速度快，也很詳盡說明，房子本身整潔度很好，該有的設備一應俱全，離三大超商都很近，附近也有地鐵站 不論短住或長住生活機能都很便利 唯一兩個小建議，客廳窗戶可以設置窗簾或在房間與客廳間加上遮光的布簾，不然早上都會太早感受到天亮，以及冷氣可能要檢修一下，開到最冷18度也跟24度差不多，可能有哪裡需要修理一下，除此之外是很能夠放鬆休息的住所，以後來大阪還是會選擇住這裡

We enjoyed staying at Ka Kou's house. He is a very nice person and very responsive to our questions and requested. He allow us early check in and if not he also can allow us to put luggage. The house is clean and home equipment also complete. We will stay here again if come to Osaka. Thank you Ka Kou.

We stayed here for two days and really enjoyed the neighbourhood. The apartment is right next to a 7/11 and a 5 min walk to the closest train station. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had a homely vibe which we loved.
