Great accommodation in a nice and quiet area

A group of 4 friends, we loved this stay in Osaka. The location is close to the station and peaceful. Sasaki is very responsive and answered our questions so quickly, including tips for coffee places. The area is in walking distance to the Castle but is an office area so not as many restaurants at your door. The place is large and easy to rest after a day of exploring. Highly recommend.

It was an accommodation that met the value for money. It had everything in a small space, had all the toiletries, and the cleanliness was very good. It was nice to have a convenience store, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market within 5-15 minutes on foot.

Only about 5min walk from Daikokucho Station, quite a few convenience store nearby and "life supermarket" about 13min walk from the airbnb. easy to go to shin-imamiya station to take a direct train to kansai airport. Hana was very responsive, able to address our needs regarding the airbnb promptly and help with our restaurant reservation. The airbnb doesn't accept luggage delivery so you can deliver it to Yamato transport at 1 Chome-7-13 Shikitsuhigashi, Naniwa Ward, Osaka, 556-0012, about 10-15 min walk away. you can collect it within a week after it has been delivered. our previous airbnb host found this place for us as Hana was unable to advise on a suitable location. we enjoyed the privacy as you can only press the floor of the lift with a key fob and the apartment is right outside the lift, with the whole floor to yourself. it is spacious and the bathroom has heater/ventilation function that can dry the laundry. only inconvenience is the microwave is shared on the 1st floor

A great place for a good price! The area around is great. Train station is nearby, supermarket and other stuff. Pretty close to center. Pretty spacious for a one guest apartment. Also a huge balcony! Although the trains nearby were mentioned, they were a bit loud surprisingly! I guess my idea of living near the train tracks was a bit different, I expected the trains to be slightly less loud. But I had accustomed to this and it wasn't really an issue after some time. The bed is a bit hard, and really creaky. I don't mind the hardness, but creakiness is slightly annoying. Anyway, a great experience!

Yoshi was an amazing host, very responsive throughout our stay. His place was in a very ideal location close to Namba station with many food options available within walking distance. It was also a pleasant surprise to have two queen beds which worked very well for my family. A+++!

Spotless place with functionable kitchen, great for family of four. They also attend to request such as iron and iron board for our use during entire stay. Great host!

Very nice place. We got lucky with this one. Very clean, great location. Very close to Dotonbori. Lots of shops around. Owner is responsive and super helpful. This place is perfect for families. Definitely recommended!

First of all, it was close to Denkacha Station, so it was really nice to go to the airport. There were other stations within a 2-3 minute walk, so it was easy to get around, and there were convenience stores and grocery stores nearby, so I used it well. The house was so clean and well organized, and there were 4 rooms, so many people had a comfortable stay. It rained the day before leaving, but the rainy neighborhood was also really nice. I took a walk around the neighborhood using the umbrella in the accommodation, and it was nice. Overall, I was satisfied and recommended it.

Lily's homestay is very clean and tidy. It can be said that it is the best B&B in the recent trip. The accessories are also fully equipped. Parents who love to drink tea are very surprised to see the tea kettle set. The design of the bathroom is also very reasonable, the dry and wet separation, did not see a hair and unclean location, I will recommend friends to stay next time!

Felt comfy, bed was big and comfy enough for my family. Family mart was 5mins away, making it very convenient. Jiao was very fast and responsive which makes communication a breeze. If in town again will consider them again.

This time I traveled to Japan with my mother and an aunt. First, I stayed in Kyoto for 4 days, and finally returned to Osaka for 2 days. The location of this house is still quite good, but it is a little distance from the subway station. However, 50 meters from the house, there is a 71 convenience store, which is very convenient. If you are tired at night, you can buy some food and drink at any time.You can also buy your own ingredients to cook and eat, it feels like home!

Amazing all around !! I am a picky person in terms of needing a place that is super quiet, safe, peaceful and this hit all the marks . Quick walk to Umeda district filled with so many restaurants and shops, bustling city life, yet her place is tucked away in a quaint quiet neighborhood. Still very walkable with a lot of coffee shops and cute restaurants within a block or two. Excellent host and beds were queen size and comfy !! Highly recommend !!

Our stay in Kyoto was absolutely incredible, and a big part of that was thanks to Saki and her beautiful home. The house is spectacular—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to public transport and great local spots. Saki was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She provided clear instructions, local recommendations, and even small touches in the house that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Waking up in such a peaceful space and returning to it after long days of exploring Kyoto was truly a gift. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Saki, for everything!

Liren was an amazing host, responsive and had very easy to follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. The space was overall clean, a tiny bit busty near the blinds of the where the bed was but nothing to worry about. Unit was really worth it for the price, especially since it was a 7-8 minute walk to Dontonburi.

Layla’s place was in a convenient location. Place was very clean and spacious. There was good communication and clear instructions. I definitely recommend this place!

The homestay is very clean, there is an ashtray on the balcony, suitable for smokers, located in a residential area, quiet at night, there are many locals, and the nearest Omachi subway station to Shinsaibashi is only one station, which is very convenient.There is a shopping mall in the nearest meat canteen, Takashima House, Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.

This place is perfect! it's right between two train stations that are both less than 5 minutes walk away, there are at least 4 conbini stores within stones throw, and so many little food places around, it's honestly one of the most convenient locations I've ever stayed in Japan. the apartment was spotless, the amenities were plentiful and of good quality, and the host was helpful and friendly! we loved staying here and would gladly stay again!
