Holiday rentals with a patio in Nishi Ward

Great place for your stay in Osaka, we stayed with four adults and had heaps of room for everyone. Really nice balcony and lounge area to hang out. The area is nice too, very close to the station and some good restaurants close by! Would recommend!

Nice Location close to shops and restaurants

Stayed at this apartment in Osaka with two friends and had a great experience. The location was excellent – right by the Dotonbori River and within walking distance to Dotonbori and Namba Station. Communication and instructions from the host were clear and helpful. The apartment was spacious and had modern amenities, though it was a bit dusty in some places. The terrace was nice, but heavy rain prevented us from using it. Laundry was tricky since the washing machine was on the terrace. Two AC units and a large fridge were very convenient. The main beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was not. The bedside table was wobbly, and a few power outlets didn’t work. Being close to a main road meant we sometimes heard loud sirens. Another downside was that we only had one key. Overall, we were happy with the stay, especially for the price and easy access to Dotonbori. I’ve lived in the area before, and this apartment met my expectations. We recommend it!

A great place for a good price! The area around is great. Train station is nearby, supermarket and other stuff. Pretty close to center. Pretty spacious for a one guest apartment. Also a huge balcony! Although the trains nearby were mentioned, they were a bit loud surprisingly! I guess my idea of living near the train tracks was a bit different, I expected the trains to be slightly less loud. But I had accustomed to this and it wasn't really an issue after some time. The bed is a bit hard, and really creaky. I don't mind the hardness, but creakiness is slightly annoying. Anyway, a great experience!

Nice place in a good location. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was good for cooling off from the outside. Bathroom was spacious and functional for modern Japanese style. Hana was responsive and accommodating. The place is in a good location for walking or catching transit, and outside the very touristy area. We enjoyed our stay!

Seinan's place is exactly as listed. Clean, great location, great communication, and secure. Highly recommend!

Host is very communicative and provided clear instructions that made for a seamless check-in. The apartment is in a walkable location and close to the subway station. We stayed in a couple other places in Japan and this was by far the largest, with a nice sized bathroom, bedroom area, kitchen/living room, and two balconies. We hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay in here. House was very clean and has everything for our stay. It is very close to Metro line, 2 minutes walk.We will definetely prefer here for the next visit.

Group of 7 Canadians. We had a wonderful stay. Took a bit to find it because the google pin wasn't accurate but once we did, we were right at home. Loved the "sky" room with balcony. Convenient next to late night restaurants and an awesome karaoke place.

It was peaceful n clean place, little far from train station but manageable, host is very responsive and caring. All the amenities provided were nice and comfortable to stay. I would recommend this place people travelling with family and want to cook.

感谢cali的招待，让我们在大阪住得很舒服。本来以为西成区不方便➕不安全，但是cali给出了非常清晰的路线指示，民宿附近有一条很长的步行街➕购物街，防雨防晒平日里也很好逛。我们从民宿出发，到心斋桥、梅田都是20分钟以内的路程，地铁站2号口对面的大超市我们也去逛了，适合买水、饮料这些。不过只待了一整天，下次一定要多住几天！再见👋

这次带着妈妈和一位阿姨来日本旅行，先去京都住了4天，最后回到大阪住了两天，这栋房子的地理位置还是比较不错的，不过离地铁站稍微有一点距离，但是房子出门50米，就有一家71便利店，非常之方便，晚上回来累了可以随时买点吃的喝的。还可以自己买食材做饭吃想，有家的感觉！

Sind insgesamt super zufrieden, man hatte im 9ten Stock seine Ruhe und an Ausstattung war alles da. Preis-Leistung war auch top!

Liren was an amazing host, responsive and had very easy to follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. The space was overall clean, a tiny bit busty near the blinds of the where the bed was but nothing to worry about. Unit was really worth it for the price, especially since it was a 7-8 minute walk to Dontonburi.

第一次入住就連續六晚，原本有點擔心如果踩到雷就完了 但是房東回覆速度快，也很詳盡說明，房子本身整潔度很好，該有的設備一應俱全，離三大超商都很近，附近也有地鐵站 不論短住或長住生活機能都很便利 唯一兩個小建議，客廳窗戶可以設置窗簾或在房間與客廳間加上遮光的布簾，不然早上都會太早感受到天亮，以及冷氣可能要檢修一下，開到最冷18度也跟24度差不多，可能有哪裡需要修理一下，除此之外是很能夠放鬆休息的住所，以後來大阪還是會選擇住這裡

Beautiful place in the heart of Nishinari ! Huge market street right next to it and 24/7 big supermarket at 5 min by foot 👌 Highly recommended 😊

We enjoyed staying at Ka Kou's house. He is a very nice person and very responsive to our questions and requested. He allow us early check in and if not he also can allow us to put luggage. The house is clean and home equipment also complete. We will stay here again if come to Osaka. Thank you Ka Kou.
