The stay is much better than the photos seen. It was spacious, well within the city and easy to walk/commute to local tourist spots. We went for a walk at 11pm and didn't feel unsafe around the accomodation. Totally recommend this Airbnb!

Kevin was able to rent me his place last minute when my prior reserved Airbnb was unavailable. The downtown location is great and very close to Canal Street with many restaurants nearby. The unit is as described and Kevin communicates well and is concerned that everything is good and you are comfortable. The only negative, as others have mentioned, is the street noise. So bring ear plugs in case you have difficultly sleeping. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was worth the stay and money however day by day you start to see alot of bugs especially gnats. Other than that my stay was wonderful and I’d stay at one of these locations again if ever in New Orleans.

This was hands down one of the best places I've stayed at through Airbnb. No lies were told. The space was exactly as the photos showed. Just lovely! Clear instructions, easy to find, felt safe and right at home as soon as we entered the premises. 888 Barrone was a true gem and the parking app they suggested was a life saver. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Before leaving, we also had a little added surprise of a celebrity sighting👀. You just never know😊. I recommend this place 1000%! Loved it!

Enjoyed our stay! We were originally set to check in Monday however due to last min changes, we asked the host if we could check in Sunday instead. The host responded right away & was flexible with us doing so. They also replied back quickly when we reached out twice asking them questions during our stay. Place was overall comfy. Would stay here again!

Three blocks away from Bourbon Street, walking distance to great restaurants, trolley, and French Quarters. One of the trolley route is located directly in front of the buildings. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend location.

The location is walkable to everything you could need, and the neighborhood felt peaceful and secure at all times. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds every expectation, but this one truly did — so much so that you’ll be planning your next trip before you even leave! This place is AMAZING. I’ve never stayed in a more beautiful Airbnb. The kitchen is awesome, the bed is so comfortable, and there is a wonderful view on the balcony. The space is very contemporary and feels luxurious which is exactly what I love! Lilly was our host and she was amazing! She’s very thorough with explaining where everything is and how everything works. My husband and I walked just about everywhere because it’s walking distance. Great location. I highly recommend staying here!

The space was great, exactly as promised. Location is absolutely perfect to experience the French Quarter. Walking distance to street car and bus lines for easy transportation to other places in the city. The space was very clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. One bedroom is street side and can be a bit loud at times but the other room is secluded in the interior and was plenty quiet to rest up. It is a heavy nightlife area so asking for total silence is not realistic, but for the location it was much quieter than we were expecting. Overall a great stay as long as you understand your location and the reality of the area being very busy and pretty loud. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking to experience bourbon street and the surrounding area.

We enjoyed our stay! Great proximity to Bourbon St and the parades while being far enough from the chaos to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great location and are not looking to stay directly on Bourbon St.

We had a great time and everything was conveniently located. The couches and beds were very comfy, the AC was on point. the decorations were so unique.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location and very safe, walkable neighborhood. Located above a bakery, and on the same block as a tapas restaurant and the best ice cream spot in New Orleans. We’re moving cross country so it wasn’t ideal carrying a lot of heavy luggage up the stairs, but if we were traveling light like we normally do, it would be no big deal. Lots of natural light in the apartment and cozy decor. Our host was friendly and very responsive! And our favorite thing about this place was the location! Thank you!

A wonderful stay at Ryan's place! The home was perfect for me and my family of 5. The home was clean, nicely decorated and updated. Located just off a great section of Magazine Street, it was easy to enjoy the restaurants, galleries and shops - all within walking distance. Ryan and his team were very responsive with my questions/requests and made our stay very enjoyable!

Didn’t see the host but i didn’t need to! Jay was clear with communication and everything went smooth. Even asked for a late check out and they were able to do it for free!!

We stayed for 6 nights/5 days for Mardi Gras! We are more than impressed with our stay! From the location, cleanliness, responsive host, the list goes on! The home was even better than described and we could have easily stayed here another week! Absolutely beautiful home and outside deck! Being right on the bayou and the ability to enjoy the wildlife and nature was unmatched! Not a far drive from New Orleans and felt very safe and at home! We will stay here every time we head to NOLA!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!

We had a great time, the place was super cute and host was super communicative. There were a couple things wrong with the backyard but it was also pretty rough weather the night before we got there so no worries for real! Super responsive and communicative tho. If staying with a large group definitely worth the price!

My friend and I were in town for Jazz Fest and found Brenna and Nick’s place to be situated in an ideal location. 30 minute walk to the Fairgrounds and other ideal locations. The place was accurately described, near a new greenway. Brenna and Nick were very responsive when we had a question or issue. A few drawbacks would be how noisy the ACs were and the lack of light in the bedrooms (the back room only had a crawl space) but otherwise a pleasant stay. Very comfortable for a short stay in the city.

This place was super spacious an nice an clean I loved the outside sitting area as well as the carport.

We had an amazing time staying at Genevieve’s place! Genevieve was an amazing host and her home was a 10/10. She made our stay stress free and easy. Our second best decision was booking here (the first was being in New Orleans to elope lol) We will definitely be coming back to stay 😊

We came down for my daughter's graduation from Tulane. The apartment was perfectly located, near my daughter and Tulane. The next street over is Oak Street that has great restaurants and stores. But the street the apt was on was nice and quiet. The apartment was immaculate and spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice big kitchen and living room/dining room. There is a supermarket around the corner. And it was well air conditioned. He provided snacks and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Donny and this apartment to anyone looking to stay Uptown in NOLA!! Lorraine
