The accommodation is 15-20 minutes walk to several different beaches and 15 minutes walk to a number of restaurants pubs and eateries.

I lovely one bed flat located on outskirts of old Shanklin Village. Bus Stop 100 yards away, half a mile to town centre, including pubs and shops. A cosy place with stunning countryside. Views the perfect spot for a quiet get away. The flat entrance is up 13 external steps . It has all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. Meadow Flat is not suitable for more than two people . Discounted ferries with white link or red funnel.

Adele, the host was very friendly, informative and responsive from the very start. Nothing was too much an ask and super responsive to any query. Great communication and super helpful with our travel arrangements by ferry. I cannot stress enough how great she was to ensure, not only our stay but our journey and ongoing plans were taken care of. The accommodation was very clean with lovely special touches/decor making it feel calm and relaxed. Decking area great to sit on early mornings with a cuppa taking in the peacefulness. The parking perfect very close to accommodation. Rabbits and red squirrels visited the area too. We didn’t use the whole site to its potential due to staying for the IOW festival but what we did use was very good. Short walk to the nearest supermarket and bus stops. Will certainly be using again-so very grateful to Adele.

We had a lovely stay at Susan’s place! Everything was really clean and tidy, we had everything we needed and it was a walkable distance to the beach / main town. We arrived late on the check in day so we really appreciated the breakfast items left for us! Would 100% recommend!

Never felt like we were in a holiday park as Signature Grove is tucked away, fortunate that only three of the ten in this spot were in use so it really felt very secluded. Never checked out the parks facilities so cannot comment. There is always lots to do on the IOW anyway

We had a great time at this sweet little cottage. A trip away for my mum’s 60th. Exactly as described and so close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were comfy with a good amount of wardrobe space in the main bedroom. Sweet, cosy living room, and lots of local cafes. One thing that would be lovely is some sort of visitor book for people to write in with their recommendations during their stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the sister hotel’s facilities including indoor and outdoor pools was fabulous and it was very well situated between the beach and the high street right next to the beautiful chine. Loved the Isle with its beautiful botanical gardens, beaches and dinosaur fossils to explore!

An amazing flat. Peaceful and equipped with everything you need on a self catering holiday. Clean and comfortable with outside area when the weather is good. Very good location 5-10m walk to station and bus stop around the corner. Lidl supermarket 10m walk and coast 5 m walk away for beaches and walks. Excellent communication with Felicity before arrival and during our stay A thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend
