Caretaker Akhil will make your trip memorable by staying in constant touch so that you will enjoy holidays hassle free This place is as it's described . This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

Excellent place amidst the mountains and tea estates. Property is lovely with beautiful wooden and glass interiors in bedrooms, living room, lawn. Perfect for a digital detox with no network, no wifi. Extremely calm and quiet place with no noise of vehicles, away from city hassle. All you hear 24 hrs is just birds chirping. The caretaker Rajen stood out with exceptional services and help. he cooked delicious home-cooked meals 4 times a day. Overall a place worth spending time at, would be willing to come back longer again.

We had a great stay at Soman's place. It is a cozy space with all essential amenities included, located in a small farm which makes for an interesting walk with Soman. The overall location is also decent (~10 kms from Sultan Bathery, and reasonable eating options, chemist, general provisions etc. at the nearby junction ~500m away - special shout-out to Mina's Food Court!). Soman was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast he served up was typical of Keralite households - felt very much at home! Being a local, he had in-depth insight on the tourist attractions nearby and helped us plan the limited time we had available in Wayanad. Staying in the midst of a lush, green farm, he gave us a heads up on Do's/ Don'ts for a comfortable stay - which was quite thoughtful of him. If we had some more time we would have liked to have had some more interactions with Soman himself - I'm sure there is potential for interesting conversations there :-)

Staying in Wayanad was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience! Aswathi and her mother were incredibly kind, warm, and responsive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely outstanding—home-cooked meals that were so delicious, we found ourselves preferring it over any restaurant! Aunty’s cooking was beyond words, and we were spoiled with an array of freshly prepared breakfast, fruits, lunch, snacks, and dinner, every day. The homestay itself was a gem. Surrounded by lush greenery, tranquil atmosphere, the location was perfect. It was the ideal retreat, offering both peace and beauty. The place was impeccably clean, and the setting made it even more special. Aswathi and her mom were attentive and quick to address any minor issues we had and arranged transport options to explore Wayanad. We had an incredible 2-night stay at this beautiful villa with our family! The amenities were top-notch, and the surroundings were breathtaking. Waking up to the soothing sounds of nature was a treat in itself. The villa was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we felt right at home. A special mention to our host, Wilfred, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He was helpful and provided excellent service, making our experience even more enjoyable. The host was very friendly and responsive. We did a jeep ride to a nice spot and the food was also very nice. The staff were courteous and organised whatever we wanted, despite the weather. Thank you for a wonderful day.

We were a little late in checking in. Mr Suresh was waiting for us. He took us to the cottage, which had a positive vibe. The cottage has English architecture with fireplace, wooden floors, and observatory. Traditional Tamil breakfast is complimentary and dinner can be ordered. Vinnila is an excellent cook. We immensely enjoyed her cooking. Everyone is well behaved and really helpful. Highly recommend the place. Will definitely visit again.

Peaceful, calm and serene environment. Very helpful and friendly caretaker and family. Not a big menu, but the complimentary breakfast and everything we had from the menu was tasty and homely. 6-7 km to the center of Ooty, so ideal for people with own transport.

One of the best homestays or even hotels we've stayed at, in regards to how well thought out and appointed the apartment is, if there was a kitchen it would easily be the kind of place you'd love to live in. It was so comfortable we all decided to spend the majority of our time inside, yes it was raining, but it was easily the highlight of our trip to Ooty. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, in that we weren't expecting it, and all of our party who is fairly critical with food really enjoyed it. We left with zero complaints. We felt very safe and peaceful there, the staff were extremely prompt and helpful. My only note was that we didn't really get a full run down of what we could expect when checking in, maybe that is something on our end being unfamiliar with how Indian Homestays operate, in that they function somewhat more than hotels than your typical privately owned home. It's a small complaint which should not be held against the excellent staff. 5 Stars all round!

We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks to Mr. Firoz and his dedication, we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. A great place at the centre of Wayanad. Easily accessible from all sides. It would be great if you have your vehicle easy to roam around and reach where you want. I had my own vehicle so it was the easiest. Vinodh the manager is the best. Soft spoken and always ready to help any time of the day or night. The place is slightly remote from the main city which makes it perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. The property is well maintained by the caretakers and they are very responsive. All the amenities listed were working fine and the place was clean. We also asked for a bbq and they took a reasonable amount for it and the chef helped us with it. The cost of the place is good but I would like the room to have some lamps and better utensils for the price we are paying. Also, autos and cabs take a lot of money to go to the city side so if you want to travel the city side then stay in the city and then come here for a stay to enjoy the beautiful mountains and tea estate.

We had an amazing stay at Zo’s place in Ooty! Right from the start, she was super prompt, warm, and helpful in her responses, which made planning smooth. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade — such a generous gesture! The mansion is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of aesthetic charm. The kitchen comes with a stunning mountain view, and the lawn is absolutely to die for — perfect for lounging, soaking in the view, or just playing around. There were board games and badminton available, which made our stay even more fun and lively. The local caretakers were incredibly kind and warm despite the language barrier — their hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home. This was one of the most peaceful and memorable stays we’ve had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, serene, and welcoming place to unwind in Ooty!

This place is excellent. It was amazing to see the lake side early in the morning. Beautiful place. It is located away about 6 kms from Meppadi and is close to tourist place like the Eddakal caves. The food was very good. We all liked it a lot ! The guys here were also very nice and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here greatly 😊

Highly recommended! This place is a gem in Coonoor. And the owner is great guy! Right from getting to the property, the actual room, cleaninnes and the magical views from the property - all this were a delight for us. Additionally, the caretaker Mr. Guna is a helpful and responsive person for all your needs during your stay. The owner, Mr. Gerald, helped with some nice local suggestions and transport contacts. P.S. - Do try the fresh Dosas served in the morning breakfast, they're amazing!
