I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, which made the experience even better. The host was very friendly and responsive, always ready to help if needed. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Nathan and Hannah's went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, they were very responsive to our queries and personally brought items to our place when we couldn't find it. The house was exceptionally spacious and cosy, with plenty of room for us to cook, relax and dine. The kitchen had a dishwasher which saved us time cleaning up, and is well stocked with various kitchen utensils and products for our cooking needs (e.g. aluminium foil, cling wraps, bbq tongs, condiments, strainer, baking dish etc.) The bedrooms were well equipped with wardrobes/walk-in-closets and hangers. The bathrooms were spotless with a good supply of hot water! The outdoor bbq grill works well, just needs a little cleaning. Loved the convenience of a garage to park our car, and the privacy of an entire house for us to wind down after a day of exploring the city and countryside. Accessible location of the house by car, 15-20mins from city centre and 25mins to Perth airport. Thank you for having us!

Ted's Rest was a step back to the 70's (era we were born!). Love those furnishings, lino, crockery, bathroom colours & tiles! It was a very comfortable place to stay; excellent beds & plenty of windows to open & let the sea breeze in. Although it is dated it is a very clean place to stay in. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the world go by or walking down to the nearby beach (so close) with our dogs. Everything was within walking distance. There are no curtains on the windows (except for a couple of roller shutters at the front); just scrims. Eye patches are good if you don't want to be awake at the crack of dawn!

We had a fantastic stay for easter! The house was clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and the house had everything you needed! We loved the outdoor spaces and the sporting equipment / swings. The adults and kids had fun! We also appreciated the wine and chocolates in the fridge on arrival and late check out! Thank you!

I’ve stayed in Moore River for a number of years now at different Airbnb’s in town and this property was by far the best one for a number of reasons. Great view, plenty of space for a group inside and outside, and all the amenities you could need and more were provided. Jodie has clearly invested lots of time and energy in making sure the property exceeds expectations. I would 100% recommend and won’t be looking any further when booking accommodation for a weekend away with a group in the future.

The basketball court is an amazing addition along with the gaming console provided. The house was full of amenities and extras and very spacious, good for big families.

Amazing short get-away with my girls - the play fort /back yard swing made for endless entertainment and of course the dogs were an absolute highlight!! We definitely recommend this stay for families who want a low energy high reward holiday for the kids!

Had family visiting Australia for the first time and we used James and Pennys property as a base for exploring and also having chill days. We loved the property, the kitchen was clean and well equipped and the beds in the 3 bedrooms we used were very comfortable. Outdoor area provided us a great space to play games and relax in the sun and also under the shade. The road was very quiet and no real disturbances from neighbours. Would recommend this property to families and friends looking for somewhere to chill. James was also a great communicator throughout our stay, very responsive!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa in the Vines, and it exceeded every expectation. Nestled among beautiful vineyards and rolling hills, this villa is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The villa itself is stunning — spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and charming decor that perfectly complements the serene surroundings. Every detail has been considered, from the fully equipped kitchen and cozy fireplace to the expansive outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept soundly in the peace and quiet of the countryside. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind or explore nearby wineries and local attractions. It felt like a secluded escape but was still just a short drive from everything we needed.

Great house and friendly host. Very spacious and outdoor alfresco was really nice to eat at and enjoy.

The place grew on us over our stay and suited our need for space and several beds for the family. We were a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and tidiness for example, the leaves at the front door, was messy, piled up and there was many cobwebs. There is a tree house where by no means is suitable for anyone to be using it, maybe would be safer to pull it down and I found it unusual for an Airbnb not to have full bathroom accessories such as full containers of hand wash and body wash. Most of the windows didn't shut properly. The back decking balustrade was not connected to the house and a child's high chair was placed to hide this safety issue. It was also disappointing that we had to find the cleaning products to clean the outside table as it was thick with dirt and we had to wipe over the benches and dishwasher as this was not cleaned properly. However Tamieka's Place worked well once we settled in. Maybe some TLC is needed to spruce up the place for Airbnb purposes.

We had an amazing time at Emily's! The house was just right. Everything was clean and well presented. I loved the yellow coat stand 😍 TV had good reception, we were able to watch the footy 👏🏼 Having a dryer came in handy as my bag and clothes got wet on the journey up. The heating system was so good, we were definitely cosy and comfortable on the long weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Emily!!

The carriage was such a great find on Airbnb! Absolutely loved our stay there. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and even some basic pantry items (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). The bed was super comfortable. The bathtub was exactly what we needed in the cold winter. The owners have done a stunning job refurbishing the train carriage. The surroundings were so peaceful and idyllic. Our pup had a great time saying hello to the goats and chickens that they have roaming around. They also have a dog that was very calm around our anxious little pup. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely book again if we need a quick getaway that’s not too far of a drive.

The house is huge and we love the space. It’s a peaceful neighborhood but 5 mins drive to restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. The kitchen is great and well equipped, dining and living space just right in front of the kitchen, providing a nice layout to hang out together with our travel group of 4 families. Lena has been very responsive on our messages which gives us a peace of mind when we have queries. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we enjoyed the house very much.
