Holiday rentals with beach access in Nilgen

I thought the pictures matched the accommodation perfectly. The unit was very clean and tidy. it felt like a home away from home. great spot, close to amenities and restaurants, The Cafe downstairs was amazing!! Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

Beautifully equipped, fully self contained spacious unit in a very quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to beach and cafes. Could not ask for anything better for our 10 day stay. Rob cordially greeted us and gave us a guided tour. Then left us to enjoy the location and accommodation.

Beautiful beach house style home very welcoming and modern. One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in! Hosts very friendly and helpful. Easy to park. Super comfortable bed and soft bed linen high quality and soft towels. Everything you need and close to burns beach area walking distance or short drive. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, which made the experience even better. Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay for easter! The house was clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and the house had everything you needed! We loved the outdoor spaces and the sporting equipment / swings. The adults and kids had fun! We also appreciated the wine and chocolates in the fridge on arrival and late check out! Thank you!

I’ve stayed in Moore River for a number of years now at different Airbnb’s in town and this property was by far the best one for a number of reasons. Great view, plenty of space for a group inside and outside, and all the amenities you could need and more were provided. Jodie has clearly invested lots of time and energy in making sure the property exceeds expectations. I would 100% recommend and won’t be looking any further when booking accommodation for a weekend away with a group in the future.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

Good unit and my boys enjoy the stay. ..everything in good order .have washing machine just dun have dryer....

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Lancelin The location was perfect, close to the beach and the shops. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Sarah is certainly more than a host — she became a dear friend and an absolutely passionate guide for Perth and the Southwest. She has great recommendations of the area (places to visit and to dine at), is extremely responsive, checks in with the guest as to how their stay has been, is genuinely concerned about their safety, goes the extra mile, generously offers all that her apartment has, and was so kind as to replace my sheets midway through my stay. Her place is beautiful - in a safe, very pleasant location with many eateries, supermarket, and fitness locations close by. Sarah has made my trip absolutely memorable and such a pleasant and lovely stay. Thank you so much for everything, Sarah!

I really enjoyed my stay here and couldn’t believe how close it was to the beach front. It was so easy to find my way around the local area. I felt safe walking about on my own in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Almayne's Place with our little kids. The apartment is spacious, clean and has all you need. Our kids loved the huge tv and the extra toys. They also loved the whalefish playground at Scarborough Beach. Communication with Almayne and Brie is fast and reliable and they are very helpful...i don't know many AirBnbs that make sure there is fresh bread, eggs and butter upon ones arrival but it sure is a great start and helps to make one feel at home superfast! :-) we really appreciated it! thank you for everything
