My cottage sits on 1.5 acres, surrounded by woods, nature & wildlife with a small creek in the backyard. Large, paved driveway has ample parking for cars, even room for an RV to take tailgating. Large deck has a gas grill, picnic table, seating, and a small putting green. Easy drives to Lake Michigan beaches, wineries, local breweries, casinos & more.

This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. WiFi in this location is sometimes spotty.
