Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nikiana

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Great stay at Michael’s and what a lovely host! He was so helpful and communicative and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. It is a longer walk than specified on the listing to town etc but we rented bikes and were happy with this. Overall, a lovely stay. :)

We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

Kate welcomed me from check in, i came by myself. Her and her family took me to a local taverna that had just opened for the summer and we had a lovely time! The property was absolutely stunning, very close to the beach. I rented a bike in lefkada and the cycle ride took about 20 minutes and was beautiful, kate gave me a lift into town to go and get it. Cant express how much of a good time I had! An unforgettable experience and I hope I can return.

Amazing location, beautiful garden, fanny cats-neighbors. House has countryside vibe (mainly on kitchen), but overall it’s accurate and clean. Perfect location! Special thank you to Kris, the house manager, for his hospitality! Ready to recommend it to everyone who want calm and comfort vacation

Η Χριστίνα και ο Σταύρος ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί, πρόσχαροι και επικοινωνιακοί, αισθανθήκαμε σαν να πήγαμε σε συγγενείς μας. Το περιβάλλον ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε 10 βήματα βρισκόσουν στο πιο ειδυλλιακό σημείο της Λυγιάς Λευκάδος με εξαιρετικές επιλογές για να χαλαρώσεις, να φας καλά και να κολυμπήσεις. Με βεβαιότητα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή όταν ξανά επισκεφθούμε τη Λευκάδα!!!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in unserer Unterkunft auf Lefkada. Der Eigentümer war sehr gastfreundlich und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Seine Mutter, eine ältere Frau, war ebenfalls sehr kontaktfreudig und nett. Sie hat uns sogar ein paar Blümchen geschenkt. Da hätte man gerne doch ein bisschen griechisch gekonnt:)

The villa is set in a very peaceful setting but it is not isolated with lovely places to eat just a couple of minutes walk away and opposite a place where you could hire bikes and water activities equipment as well as go for a drink, play pool and board games and swim in their larger beautiful pool. Having this across the street was a real bonus as we could go for a drink after eating and we had a lot of fun with the people that run the bar and the locals that also go there most nights. The villa is ideal for families and Nikos was always responsive to anything we asked with lots of recommendations for places to go, beaches, restaurants and anything else we asked about. The villa is very well equipped and he even supplied insect repellent tablets and things to burn outside. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation.

Villa Amoudia was perfect for our needs. The Villa was exactly as described in the photos and details, and the location was ideal; close to village, great views and peaceful. The host Barbara was very friendly and responsive. We are thinking of returning!

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the home and pool. Beautiful spacious home.

Really nice place. Peacefull and intimate, with a spectacular view . We enjoyed it so much , and surelly will be an option when we'll be back on this beautifull island. Highly recommend it.

Lovely villa with super patio space, and nice to be so close to a few restaurants in the village. We had a great time.

Mavra, de host, probeert er alles aan te doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Alles was beloopbaar. De sfeer ongedwongen. Een leuke kleine zeilschool op het complex. Dit gaf wat reuring en gezelligheid. Een restaurantje met heerlijk eten en happy hour. Ontbijt was eventueel bij te boeken.

The villa was exactly as described and Panagiotis was a wonderful host with good communication and extensive recommendations. We did a few day trips out using Thomas the taxi driver and this allowed us to see more of the island, but without needing a car.

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Pikramigdalia ist wirklich ein schöner, friedlicher Ort für alle die Einfacheit und etwas Abgeschiedenheit mögen. Wunderschöne Bäume und Blumen, sehr alte Olivenbäume stehen auf dem Gelände um das kleine, alte Häuschen herum. Durch die Bäume gibt es Blick auf Meer und fernere Berge. Das Haus vermittelt Geschichte und ist trotzdem mit allem Notwendigen versehen. In der Kehre auf dem Weg zum Haus gibt es einen Fussweg zu Ort und Meer, dauert ca. 20 bis 30 minuten. Wir fanden es sehr schön dort und haben uns gut entspannen können.

Stanza abbastanza grande, ristrutturata di recente, mobili nuovi, ampio spazio esterno, proprio di fronte al mare. Piacevole fare colazione all'esterno. Abbiamo avuto solo un giorno il frigo che ha congelato tutto, pur settato alla minima potenza, ma dopo ha ripreso a funzionare. Quello che non ha funzionato è stata la luce esterna, che non ci ha permesso di stare all'esterno di sera. Nel complesso però più che soddisfacente.

Tornarci per la seconda volta è già una garanzia,abbiamo cambiato le date delle nostre vacanze per avere la casa di patricia perché in altri periodi già occupata ,lo abbiamo fatto con molto piacere perché volevano assolutamente la sua casa … come dire !!! Non c’era vacanza in grecia senza quella casa perché faceva parte dei ricordi bellissimi della vacanza trascorsa li lo scorso anno . Si è riconfermata la scelta giusta per la posizione,la bellezza della casa ,la tranquillità che cercavamo ,la posizione perfetta per avere tutto vicino e per ultima ma solo in ordine di scrittura per la simpatia ,disponibilità,generosità e serietà di Cristina …. È stata una splendida vacanza che porteremo nel cuore e con lei la magnifica villetta bianca e blu a due passi dal mare .Grazie infinite di tutto ❤️

Tout était parfait Le logement est vraiment une perle rare, les pieds dans l'eau au calme et proche de tout le nécessaire : atm, supermarché, restos, port pour location de bateau..... Cest parfait. Et Dimitra a été un hôte formidable, aux petits soins, a répondre a toutes nos questions et nous donner de nombreux tuyaux Foncez !

The place is as beautiful as it's presented. It's cozy, comfortable and it's clear from the start that someone cares about this place. What's also very important is hygiene, the place was very clean. Also, there is a lot of necessary equipment, tools and gadgets, especially in the kitchen. The location is also beautiful, on the hill above the Episkopos with a beautiful rocky beach, kids enjoyed being there. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Last but not least is the garden, which you can enjoy in the afternoon and evening, rarely during the morning as it's oriented east so it's already hot early in the morning.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με θέα τη πόλη της Λευκάδας, πεντακάθαρος χώρος, ήσυχο μέρος, πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ο οικοδεσπότης καθωσ και η μητέρα του που μας βοήθησε και στη καθοδήγηση για μαγαζιά στη πόλη. Στο τομέα του πάρκινγκ είναι εύκολο να βρεις απλά είναι στα 100μετρα από το σπίτι. Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε !
