Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

We’ve recently constructed this brand new family house with all convenient features you are looking for during your holiday. It’s a stand-alone house with all facilities provided we thought you would love. Everything is well thought of with the most convenient features. Grab the canoes and go out to explore the Loosdrechtse lakes. As a father of two teenagers I exactly know how to make my family happy!

Het huisje heeft 2 slaapkamers (1x 2 persoons en 2x 1 persoonsbed). Er is nog een 5e bed (1 pers.) op de hal boven. Graag vernemen we of je gebruik wilt maken van een lakenpakket (beddengoed & handdoeken). Toeslag is € 10,00 p.p. De vernieuwde badkamer maakt het huisje tot een luxe plek om te genieten van de rust, ruimte en natuur.

Situated on crystal clear water, you will find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. Explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you can sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you can flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). The beautiful beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk are only half an hour away. For people who love the outdoors; there are many cycling and hiking possibilities close by. We are devoted to our tiny house at the Vinkeveense Plassen. We like to share our beautiful place, which is why we occasionally rent out our tiny house, "Waar geluk ligt" We have decorated it ourselves to make it as comfortable as possible. We find life in a small space with a lot of outside space to give a free feeling. Especially with the Vinkeveense Plassen in front of us. Studio Coastview, Direct aan Zee

Deze prachtige studio is gelegen in het appartementencomplex de 'Rotonde'. De studio bevindt zich op de 10de etage. (lift aanwezig) Het uitzicht langs de kustlijn is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. De studio heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u  kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De  badkamer is voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. De luxe keuken is uitgerust met een afwasmachine, combi magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Senseo) en waterkoker.

Having lovely experiences with faboulous guests as this summer and because a lot of people asking me to do it so their friends can come, my lovely boat will be remain to be rent. Be awared that the boat is divided into two units. Both of the boat units wil funtionate independently (with his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen en bathroom).
