The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

30 km from Greifswald, 40 km from Stralsund, 20 km from Demmin & Grimmen, 70 km from the Baltic Sea, is this beautiful, building-biological accommodation. Simply, surrounded by rare birdsong, invigorating trees and good air, you can recover here in the best possible way and sustainably. The home has a double bed (1.40*2 m), a small kitchen and dining area. Outside are toilet & solar shower (4-10). Hiking, canoeing on the Peene in Loitz, visiting a hay wagon sauna or simply enjoying the place.

Hier gibt es viel Platz für einen guten Preis. „Stralsund“ hat einen separaten Eingang und eine Größe von 65 m². Ein kostenfreier Privatparkplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Es ist sehr ruhig, nur Anliegerverkehr (Stichstraße). Sie befindet sich 5 km nördlich der Hansestadt Stralsund. Bis zur nächsten bewachten Badestelle (Stadtbad Stralsund) sind es nur 6 km.

An ideal place to relax... Welcome! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious dining room with open kitchen and 1 living room, both with access to the terrace and garden. The large bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 lounger that can be folded out to the double bed. The small bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined to create a double bed. 1 bathroom with tub, shower and toilet as well as 1 separate toilet. The garden is huge, with unobstructed views of the vast countryside.

Vacation at the gates of Stralsund

Cozy 2-room self-contained apartment (40 sqm), first floor, in a quiet residential area. Downtown Stralsund is only 8 km away. Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss are suitable for day trips. A travel crib is available for a toddler up to about 3 years of age. An older child can sleep in the living room (sofa bed). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. A key box is available for flexible check-in. I am also happy to welcome my guests in person.

Die Villa am Mägdebrunnen gehört zu den ältesten Häusern Stralsunds und liegt genau im historischen Altstadtkern. Die historische Raumaufteilung ist sehr individuell und stilvoll und macht den Altstadt-Aufenthalt zu einer echten Zeitreise. Das innenliegende Treppenhaus verbindend alle Zimmer miteinander und wurde in seinem Originalzustand erhalten. Die Lagerräume unter dem Dach erstrahlen jetzt als Wohnraum mit Galerie.

To our delight, we are connected to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Beautiful + charming in the heart of Stralsund's old town

The bright, sunny and charming two-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a modern residential building in a small side street and is still very centrally located. The pedestrian zone is just around the corner. Harbour, museums, cinema, theater, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

The vacation appartment is located in the heart of the historic oldtown of Stralsund. Close by you can find the 'New Market' (German: Neuer Markt) and the St. Marys Church (German: St. Marien-Kirche) It is the perfect starting point to explore Stralsund and the surrounding area.
