Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Beauty+Colorful mini apartment on only 13.5 sqm where you will find everything you need for everyday life. The equipment was designed and built by myself. Only individual pieces in the kitchen were made by the carpenter. Shops for everyday needs can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes. (3 - 5 minutes) The direct connection to the B469 brings the airport in FfM within 30 minutes. Frankfurt, Offenbach, Darmstadt, Hanau can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Aschaffenburg is app 15Km

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.
