Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

I deliberately booked Christian's apartment outside Coburg and in a quiet location for four days for the Samba festival. Even in advance, Christian was important to have phone contact despite the key safe (allows for a flexible arrival). He is a communicative landlord who was a lot because I feel welcomed. Thank you again for cucumber and tomatoes from your own greenhouse and the "initial equipment" for breakfast! The apartment is well maintained, super clean and furnished in a clear style. Great the sitting area outside, which I liked to use in good weather. I will be happy to come back and highly recommend the place!

We have rarely experienced such a friendly and generous host (and we travel a lot!). Tobias was always easy to reach and gave great tips for the area. The kitchen was super well equipped and even had a barista machine, which we liked very much. The garden is large and beautiful with many flowers and free-range ducks. Certainly also optimal for dog owners. The area is great for cycling, hiking or a trip to Bamberg. ☺️

Isabella was a friendly, helpful, in short, wonderful hostess. Communication was always fast and clear, all questions were answered. We were in Coburg for a multi-day stay and were able to reach everything from the accommodation in the shortest possible time. Isabella even let us leave all our luggage on site until departure. We would love to come back and look forward to the next time.
