The house consists of entrance hall, kitchen and living room out in one with wood-burning stove and heat pump, new bathroom and two rooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a lovely natural plot, where from the living room/terrace you can often see deer and squirrels and at the same time there is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping and playground. Grocery, restaurant, mini golf, playground, fishing lake as well as ample opportunity for walking/running and bike rides. The house has a heatpump, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, cable TV, wifi and trampoline in the garden. The house is clean and tidy. Consumption of electricity and water is charged at the end of the stay. Cleaning can be done yourself and leave the house as received or purchased at 750kr.

The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.
