Our place is close to beautiful meadows and hills, ideal for relaxing, hiking, going offline.... You'll love our Lydi-Hütt' because of the location, because of the little something extra, and the surroundings of our beautiful Vogelsberg. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.

We felt very comfortable as the apartment is very tastefully decorated and everything we needed was available. The surroundings are super beautiful and you can start hiking or cycling directly from the house. You can also go swimming nearby. A tegut in the village offers good selection of food and also baked goods. By bus or car, you can reach Schotten in 10 minutes, where there are other possibilities.

An absolutely great stay! Florian is a helpful and very attentive host – communication was consistently fast and uncomplicated. The house is new, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is nothing missing: from cuddly blankets to basic cooking equipment, everything is there. The dog-friendly amenities are particularly noteworthy - our four-legged friend was greeted with a bed, towel, bowls and treats. The quiet surroundings are also perfect for walks. In the future, a fence will even be built around the property. The sauna and whirlpool make your stay special, even in bad weather. The information folder with tips completes everything. The pictures absolutely correspond to reality - and the price-performance ratio is top. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We were only there the night before but immediately felt at home. The car, the kitchen and also the bathroom were excellently equipped. The hosts provided us with warm rolls on Sunday morning and were very courteous, polite and helpful from start to finish. We would come back any time. The ride was also great! Thank you for the lovely weekend.

A great house where there is an incredible amount to discover - there was a real artist at work! We felt right at home, even though the space is so large. There's nothing to catch you. I enjoyed the peace and quiet there. We also loved the large garden, again with many wooden artworks, but especially the bamboo forest with the hallways and caves, which is very special. And communication with Steffi and Nicole was extremely straightforward and friendly. Nearby is the Holler winery (with great wine), where you can sit and drink and eat very nicely inside and outside, with stunning views over the hills and to Aschaffenburg - also highly recommended

It's a great house. I think the basic substance is old, but everything is brand new and in fantastic condition. We felt totally comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much. Everything you needed was really there and much more. From the towels, even for the sauna, to the firewood for the fireplace. It is virtually somewhere in the middle of nowhere, so you can really relax and enjoy the beautiful nature.
