Apartment holiday rentals in Nicosia

The apartment is located in the old center of Nicosia, close to a lot of restaurants and shops, but still in a quite neighbourhood. It is also close to the central busstation. The apartment is well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the bedrooms are also equipped with a desk and a chair. Bed linen and towels are there. The landlord is really friendly and helpful. The arrival was welcoming and he gave us a lot of tips. All in all we are more than satisfied with our stay at the Semelis apartment and we really recommend the accomodation.

Appartement fidèle à la description. Nous avons eu deux petits problèmes "normaux" au cours de notre séjour et qui ont été, rapidement, réglés grâce à la réactivité de Anna, l'hôte. Nous recommandons cet appartement, il est proche de toutes les commodités et se situe à Nicosie sud. Petite précision, il faut compter 45min en moyenne pour rejoindre une plage.

It was a really lovely home , right under the nicest bar/cafe , the room was beautiful , and the shared space in the house was also quite cute , and the kitchen had a microwave which was great to heat up food- over all Simon was very kind with us and it was a really fun experience , and it was a beautiful appartment truly, the entrance also smelled so magical !

Хорошая локация чтобы переночевать одну ночь. Хороший кондицинер, тихо за окном. Вода в ванной быстро нагрелась. Не нашел микроволновки и чайника, но я не планировал завтракать в квартире, так что нормально.

A lakás jó helyen van, közelben bevásárló központ, kávézók, éttermek, városközpont 15-20 percnyire. Közlekedés egyszerű volt. A tulajdonos gyorsan reagált. Kellemes tartózkodás volt.

Ürün bey ve ev ile ilgili olumsuz tek bir şey söyleyemem. Eve girer girmez aç karnına bulduğumuz o bisküvi ikramları gerçek o gece ilaç gibi oldu. Temizlik konusunda da düzen tertip konusunda da müthişti. Merit’e yakınlığı, yemek yerlerine yakınlığı etrafında güzel bir çok yemek yeri var ve uygun fiyatlı yerler. Taksicilerden çok kazik yedik. Belki tanidigi ve güvendiği bir kaç taksici edinse ve bu konuda da destek olabilse çok daha başka boyutta olurdu.

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!

Ήμασταν μία οικογένεια 5 ενηλίκων και μείναμε για αρκετές μέρες. Το διαμέρισμα του Δήμου είναι ευρύχωρο και ανταποκρίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Το σπίτι ήταν τακτοποιημένο και εξοπλισμένο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης απαντούσε άμεσα στα μηνύματα μας και ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός.

Ev oldukça temiz ve fotoğraflarda görünenin aynısıydı. Ev sahibi her konuda çok anlayışlıydı ve yardımcı oldu. Biz 8 kişi kaldık eve yalnızca uyumak için girdik bizim için çok çok yeterliydi. Rahat ettik 🌸

המארח ענה בזריזות לכל שאלה והיה מאוד קשוב לבקשות. הנכס מרווח מאוד, נוח ומאובזר. מאוד נהנינו מהשהייה במקום. תודה רבה!!

El departamento de Marina es muy amplio, agradable y limpio. Tiene todo lo que se requiere para pasar una buena estadía. Las sugerencias que nos dejaron de restaurantes y café fueron muy buenas. Tuvimos algunas dificultades con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, pero ellas estuvieron atentas intentando ayudarnos. Si bien el departamento no es tan céntrico, puedes llegar al centro en unos 25 min a pie. Si se alojan aquí les recomiendo la panadería de la esquina que tiene variadas cosas ricas para comer.

Έμεινα για μία μέρα στο διαμέρισμα κι έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη από τη διαμονή. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο, δημιουργώντας μια πολύ φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα με προσωπικό τόνο. Είναι, επίσης, μεγάλο κι ευρύχωρο, με μια υπέροχη βεράντα. Αυτό, όμως, που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα καλύτερη ήταν ο ιδιοκτήτης, ο οποίος ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμασταν, απαντούσε αμέσως στα μηνύματα και τα τηλεφωνήματά μας και φρόντισε να μη μας λείψει τίποτα.

Lovely spacious 2 bed apartment. Had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back again.

Olga is a great host, her house has both the sea and the mountain view. You will for sure enjoy the apartment, pools, and the facilities inside Aphrodite Apartments. We felt like home, and most probably we will come back for another holiday in her apartment. Thank you Olga❤️

квартира, чистая, просторная и светлая, все необходимое для проживания имеется. очень порадовало наличие бытовой химии для дома. Имелось: Стиральный порошок, таблетки для посудомоечной машины, шампуни, гель для душа и мыло. Очень важные мелочи. Наличие полотенец, комплекты из 3х шт. Очень чёткие инструкции по описанию заселения и местонахождения. все очень понравилось, в следующий свой приезд обязательно остановимся снова. благодарю.
