Apartment holiday rentals in Nicosia

The apartment is located in the old center of Nicosia, close to a lot of restaurants and shops, but still in a quite neighbourhood. It is also close to the central busstation. The apartment is well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the bedrooms are also equipped with a desk and a chair. Bed linen and towels are there. The landlord is really friendly and helpful. The arrival was welcoming and he gave us a lot of tips. All in all we are more than satisfied with our stay at the Semelis apartment and we really recommend the accomodation.

We enjoyed our stay, great location for working at UCY, and close to shops. We asked for a bottle opener and the owner was proactive and brought one herself, which was very thoughtful. Thank you!

It was a really lovely home , right under the nicest bar/cafe , the room was beautiful , and the shared space in the house was also quite cute , and the kitchen had a microwave which was great to heat up food- over all Simon was very kind with us and it was a really fun experience , and it was a beautiful appartment truly, the entrance also smelled so magical !

I can't say a single negative thing about the product and the house. As soon as we got home, the biscuit treats we found on an empty stomach were like medicine that night. She was great at cleaning and organizing. There are many nice eateries around it, close to Merit and eateries, and affordable places. We were ripped off by the taxi drivers. Maybe if he had a few taxi drivers he knew and trusted and could support him in this matter, it would be a whole different story.

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!

We were a family of 5 adults and stayed for several days. The apartment of Dimos is spacious and corresponds to the photos. The house was tidy and equipped. The owner responded promptly to our messages and was very helpful.

The house was quite clean and the same as what was shown in the photos. The host was very understanding and helpful in every matter. We were 8 people, we only entered the house to sleep, it was more than enough for us. We were comfortable 🌸

I stayed for one day in the apartment and was completely satisfied with the stay. The house was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, creating a very welcoming atmosphere with a personal tone. It's also big and spacious, with a lovely deck. But what made our stay even better was the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed, responded to our messages and phone calls right away, and made sure we didn't miss anything.

The location of the house is perfect for relaxing. There is an unlimited sea view and all the tools you want in the house.

the apartment is clean, spacious and bright, everything you need for your stay is available. i was very pleased with the availability of household chemicals for the house. There were: Washing powder, dishwasher tablets, shampoos, shower gel and soaps. Very important little things. Availability of towels, sets of 3 pieces. Very clear instructions for the description of the check in and location. i really liked everything, we will definitely stay again the next time we come. thank you.
