Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Nicosia

This place is great and in an area that is more untouched and local. The owner is a great host and always response to questions. There is multiple pools available and a small gym which is great and a nice walking spot by the beach. This is our second time here and we will continue to come back !

Loved our stay at the Baz Tower , Incredible apartment with great views. Plus the receptionist was very nice and caring.

Hidden gem!! We spent a few days there and experienced some peaceful and relaxing moments away from the city. The place has amazing views and is fully equipped with everything. The hosts are super friendly and very eager to assist in everything we needed. Also as an additional plus, the place is pet friendly and our little baby Yorkie enjoyed some vacations with us :) Once again we thank our hosts for this beautiful experience we had in Polynikis. We would definitely re-visit in the future , see you soon!!

Beautiful iconic. The pinnacle of high end living in Nicosia. Fabulous building. High end luxury. Safe. Comfortable. Dynamic. Small but supercool pool and lounge area. Lovely residents lounge. Good quality gym. The apartment is new. So everything was out of the box. Would only recommend some more homely firings. It was rather bare. But then again functional and practical. Would highly recommend. The location is fantastic. Cafes. Bars. Restaurants surround the apartment block. It’s quite yet central. Fantastic underground parking. Lifts to every floor. Concierge is helpful and respectful. Very knowledgeable and highly professional. Enjoy. I did!

We were really happy with our stay. Hosts were accommodating, we will 100% visit again. thank you so much for having us. Parking is also available and two roof top pools on block A and B.

The location of the house is perfect for relaxing. There is an unlimited sea view and all the tools you want in the house.

the apartment is clean, spacious and bright, everything you need for your stay is available. i was very pleased with the availability of household chemicals for the house. There were: Washing powder, dishwasher tablets, shampoos, shower gel and soaps. Very important little things. Availability of towels, sets of 3 pieces. Very clear instructions for the description of the check in and location. i really liked everything, we will definitely stay again the next time we come. thank you.

Great place worth visiting

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

Amazing, Amazing host and facility. Hats off to Andy and his incredible hospitality. i would highly recommend and will certainly be back. beautiful space, amenities and location. Central to everything important for someone who is travelling.
