5 stars for Ioannis place 😊 The apartment is nicely renovated, has everything you need (from oven to washing machine) and was super clean! Plus pointe for the comfortable bed! We also liked the neighborhood, very peaceful but with things to do! We will definitely be coming back to this place on our next trip to Cyprus. This is an amazing apartment for an unbeatable price given its value! We spent almost a week here with my colleague and we loved it! The flat is clean, the kitchen has everything you can possibly need. However, please keep in mind that there's only one double bed in one of the bedrooms. The other room is fitted with a couch that can be changed into a bed, but its size is rather small and is less comfortable, too. My colleague decided to sleep on the bigger couch in the living room, instead. Also please keep in mind that the electric sockets follow the UK standard, so you might need to bring converters (although there are a couple in the flat, too). The location of the flat was perfect for us, since we were visiting professors at UNIC. However, you should know that the city centre is more than an hour away by foot. Luckily, you can find both shops and restaurants closeby, too. All and all we had a wonderful time here. Dino is a great guy who was always available if we had any questions.

Rhea and Athos are kind, warm and generous hosts. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. They had stocked the fridge with fruit, vegetables, eggs and gorgeous sweet treats for us. Rhea’s mother called by with some freshly homemade delights and was so kind and charming. The apartment is spotless, very spacious with an outstanding rooftop terrace boasting superb views over Nicosia. The location is superb, great coffee shops and restaurants within minutes walk. We have had the best stay at this wonderful apartment. Our outstanding memory however is of the hospitable, generous hosts who were so attentive and gracious. If you are travelling to Nicosia, this is the perfect place to stay.

This house in Nicosia's old city is a treasure! An authentic Ottoman home updated for modern living with beautiful taste and an intriguing design. A large family or group of travelers would be very comfortable: two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room, multiple levels, a huge kitchen and cozy living room, a quiet, breezy balcony, and a spacious courtyard. The high ceilings and windows in every room give a spacious, bright feel to the whole place. My 10-year-old especially loved the loft. Maybe the best part of this house is the neighborhood where it's located. It's remarkably quiet despite its centrality, full of art galleries and studios, great little cafes and restaurants, churches and mosques, gorgeous flowers blooming. A short 10-minute walk to Ledra Street, where you can shop or cross to the north. Sara and Irena were friendly and very responsive, immediately addressing my questions. Can't wait to go back! Wir liebten es bei Andreas. Es war ein Gefühl, als würden wir einen Freund besuchen. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Das Poolhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, sehr sauber und schick. Der private Pool und die Liegen laden zum entspannen ein. Andreas ist sehr diskret und zurückhaltend und gleichzeitig immer da wenn man etwas braucht und für eine Unterhaltung zu haben. Wir liebten den Garten und die Pflanzen und bekamen von Andreas eine Führung und selbst angebautes Gemüse. Wir haben es wirklich rundum genossen.

Smuk, velholdt og meget ren, rummelig lejlighed med stor solrig balkon. Jeg nød mit ophold og lejligheden meget. Men den lå et stykke fra centrum, så hvis man gerne vil omkring er det godt at have en bil. Meget hjælpsom og responderende vært!

Michalis was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with plenty of additional furniture for our 7 month old while also being extremely responsive when the WiFi stopped working. Great host and great apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, and the space is thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment for a good price. Everything was as described. We found all the necessary amenities in the apartment. The air conditioner worked perfectly, there were mosquito nets on the windows, so there were no problems with them. When arriving at the apartment, the navigation took us a little to the next house, but we quickly found the real address. Tania sent very accurate information about the entrance to the apartment, so there were no problems getting inside. The apartment met all our expectations. Thank you.

This place is great and in an area that is more untouched and local. The owner is a great host and always response to questions. There is multiple pools available and a small gym which is great and a nice walking spot by the beach. This is our second time here and we will continue to come back !

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

We had a very pleasant stay at Anastasio's 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for us and it was located in a very good area in Strovolos. Close to many places that we were planning to go to. Close to shops and to the freeway which was important for us as we were using the freeway quite a lot. Anastasio's was very friendly and attended to all our requests promptly. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a similar place.

Ev oldukça rahat ve temizdi, hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık, mutfak araç gereçleri temiz ve oldukça yeterliydi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgiliydi, her sorumuza hızlıca cevap verdi. İçiniz rahat bir şekilde konaklayabilirsiniz.

από τα λίγα σπίτια που είναι πιο όμορφα από κοντά απ ότι στις φωτογραφίες! Η διακόσμηση μοντέρνα και μινιμαλ ενω ο χωρος ηταν μεγαλος. Υπήρχαν σαφείς οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία και το βρήκα πολύ εύκολα. Υπήρχε ασφάλεια στον χώρο και αρκετά πράγματα πρώτης ανάγκης και με το παραπανω αφού υπήρχαν μέχρι και όργανα γυμναστικης. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα!
