Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Niagara Falls

Martin is an excellent host and willing to help however he can. He gave us the suggestion of attending the Falls at night to watch the fireworks. We walked all over even to the Canadian side and back from the house. Great location! Beds were so comfortable!!

A great weekend spent with friends! Scott’s place made the whole thing that much more enjoyable. The views are incredible, and the house is spacious and clean. Would definitely come back!

This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Very cute and family friendly stay, would recommend this place for anyone visiting Buffalo, house is clean and had everything you need nice and ready. Hosts were great and had good communication. 10/10 will come back when back in town again.

Steve and Andrea have a beautiful place that feels so warm and welcoming. They have put so much thought into planning everything about this home- the aesthetic, interiors, fireplace, the garden and the backyard. They made sure that the kitchen, bathroom and backyard were stocked. They put so much effort in ensuring that the guests have a memorable Niagara Falls experience and it shows. Definitely recommend!!

The location is perfect right on the water and there are convenient walking paths to explore the surrounding area. The house has great exterior spaces for enjoying the beautiful views of the river. Billie was very communicative and proactive in sharing recommendations, would highly recommend!

Cute place! Great location and super clean. Loved the hot tub and firepit. We walked to the lake, the little town and had dinner with live music at Maxwells. Such a great little getaway and the hosts were amazing with communication. Don’t miss out on this gem of a place!!!

This place was awesome! Just as described. Would absolutely stay here again. Our luggage was delayed and the host was so gracious in helping us get that squared away. So thankful!

My best friend and I stayed at Jon’s place for a long weekend and we were super comfortable at this stay. The entire space was clean and had basic amenities, and had a cute charm throughout each room. The entrance was easy to find and Jon had provided us with clear instructions as well as good recommendations in the area. We were able to find parking on the street very close, if not in front of the house each time. The only negative we would express about this stay is the surrounding location. We were happy to have local restaurants that we could walk to, but the area made us feel a bit unsafe. Overall, we would recommend Jon’s stay, because it gave us a bit of Downtown Buffalo in a clean and welcoming space :)

Their house is in a great location. It's only a five-minute drive from Niagara Falls. We liked that we could park our car in the driveway instead of on the street. We were given the entire second floor of the house, and check-in was easy. As mentioned in other reviews, there were delicious bread and apples prepared as a welcome snack. Thanks to the hosts, our family was able to stay comfortably.

Very comfortable and cozy spot to stay and close to the falls and nearby attractions. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating and felt right at home with amenities provided like washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Niagara falls. Thank you!

It was nice and clean small unit. Host Rachel was friendly and responsive and has provided clear instructions. It is nice place for a couple to stay for few days. Area is peaceful and just about 8-10 minute drive from Niagara Falls.

The apartment was as described. It was very comfortable and welcoming. It was convenient to the main roads which made it easy to get around and where we needed to go. Charles was extremely responsive and check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. We really appreciated this lovely apartment for our vacation.

I was having a road trip with my parents to the Niagara Falls and stayed two days at Joanne's house. It was definitely a well-decorated vintage. My parents enjoyed looking through all these board games and old books on the shelf. Everything was wonderful.

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

Very nice place in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. It is near the lake, and there are a few cafes nearby. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Clifton Hills, and such a nice and safe neighbourhood with a cute patio to enjoy, we would definitely stay here again! The room was very clean with everything we needed. It was perfect. Thanks so much for the great stay. Would highly recommend to those travelling to Niagara!

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

First time in this condo, but already third time staying in the house. Everything was great, the kitchen is well equipped and communication with Mary is always easy. She is lovely and cares much about her guests. Thank you for having me.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

Came to Buffalo to for a graduation weekend and this spot checked off everything my family and I needed for our stay. The place was spacious and the living room was my fav spot to stay in given the terrace which we had its doors open to let in the fresh air. Jessica and Sean were very responsive and attending to our needs whenever we reached out and were very welcoming. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet; on a walk I saw kids selling lemonade so that was refreshing, literally cuz it was hot out.
