Family-friendly holiday rentals in Niagara Falls

Carl & Sherrie are wonderful hosts, and their coach house is the most amazing Airbnb that we have had the pleasure to call home away from home! We stayed for three nights, but could have easily enjoyed this place for a month. It’s cozy, beautiful, peaceful & was such a great launching point for all we did in Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, and horseback riding out in the country. They really put quality workmanship into the bright kitchen, the glistening bathroom and cool shower, and the private courtyard and hot tub is all that they described! No surprise that this is rated a Guest Favorite.

Amy's place is fantastic and she was an incredible host. I stayed with 5 of my friends and the rental was clean, spacious, and had so many activities for us. There is a downstairs tenant and is located in a neighbourhood, but my friends and I commented on how private the space was. The pool and hot tub area has a privacy wall, and the tenant has a separate entrance. We felt like we were in our own little world and had a great weekend. Amy was so friendly and professional. She was on top of everything for our check in, even messaging ahead to look after small details. It felt fantastic to have stress free accommodations that looked exactly like the photos. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Lake House was the perfect location for our girls getaway in Niagara. Close to excellent shopping, wineries and hiking. We spent our mornings doing the above and the afternoons relaxing and reading and looking at the beautiful view. The sunsets were spectacular!

Loved this home, it was beautifully decorated every inch. My favourite bedroom was the one on the first floor. This was a change from the typical waterfront properties our family books but with a heated pool and jacuzzi that was situated in a landscaped backyard we couldn’t ask for more. Very clean and she had everything. Lindy has really outdone herself to make sure her guests from all ages enjoy her home. She accommodated our family literally 3 hours before checkin, as the cottage we originally booked the host cancelled less than 24hrs before checkin. Thank you Lindy for sharing your home!!

Arthur's place was so conveniently located and cozy at the same time. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard felt very private & peaceful. With the fenced backyard, we could chill outside with our two dogs. Yet, the place was very close to the main touristy area - only 5 min drive to the Niagara falls parking lot. The place had everything we needed plus more! Highly recommend Arthur's place!

Sandra’s house is gorgeous and has artwork by two local artists throughout her house! The house is a very short walk to Lake Ontario! Beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Gated fenced in backyard for our dog! This was probably the nicest place and area that we have stayed! I would highly recommend Sandra’s house in Lake Ontario!

Justin was an amazing host! He was very accommodating when I had last minute changes to my arrival time and the number of guests staying. This was my first time in Canada and Justin’s home was a very clean and comfortable place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Restaurants are very close and the Falls are a short drive away. Justin is very responsive and all the rules for the home including garbage management and departure clean up are spelled out seamlessly. Completely matches the description with the manicured lawn to match. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The communication was very good, check-in was easy, and the value for the price is great. It’s within walking distance to the falls, and if you’re looking for a kitchen and easy access to things, it’s very convenient. I saw some comments about the neighborhood, but it’s not just the neighborhood—it’s the whole area, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Place is very close to falls and aquarium on US side. It is just few blocks away from rainbow bridge which was a big convenience. Martin was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. Definitely will visit again.

Tamar’s place was perfect for my family while we were visiting Niagara Falls. It was such a convenient location and minutes away from all the tourist locations, as well as Rainbow Bridge. It had all the amenities listed and we felt right at home! I would definitely stay again if I visit that area in the future.

Lakeside Bliss! We were so very lucky to have landed this Air BnB for our recent stay in Port Dalhousie. We were visiting for a Rowing Regatta- and the location cannot be beat. Warren's home is truly a home away from home. We walked through the door, and it was welcoming- almost familiar. It is so very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with quality and abundant gear- appliances top notch. The bedrooms and all linens high end. Warren was easy to communicate with and quick in responses- although honestly we lacked for nothing during our stay. I am not sure Warren's home could have been any cleaner- it was immaculate! ( and I am picky -so that is saying a lot). The best part of the stay however - is the backyard and the view. We were so sad to leave! Thank you Warren, we do plan on returning- often.

This place was neat clean. The neighborhood is ideal for a relax vacation. Walking distance to restaurants. And not far from the Niagara Falls. Thank you Taylor.

It was perfect for my stay. I took my dog on a walk on the hiking trail and went on several walks to local winery's. The fire pit area looked awesome but the rain did not want us to be able to use it for our stay. I'd 100% recommend and would stay again in the future. Great job!!!

Great cottage. Only 20mn to Niagara Falls but in a very quiet and peaceful cottage neighborhood. The house is as described. You can enjoy walking in the neighborhood, sit next to a fire pit, cook on the grill and relax on the pool after a long day at the Falls. You definitely feel at home with all the available amenities. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. They always made sure we have what we need. They do genuinely care. We had a great time. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much.

We had a very comfortable stay, host is very responsive, place is clean, AC is working great, hot water works well... Place facilities such as the pool is nice and clean, we enjoyed the multi purpose court where we were able to play pickleball.

Great stay. Super super responsive. So close to highway. Well stocked. Easy to speak with. Minutes from everything you need.

a great family house with character. wish we were there in the summer to enjoy the pool. Grace was a wonderful host.

Julian’s house was roomy with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a den, dining area and kitchen. We even sat on the front porch for awhile. We easily walked to all the sights and felt very safe. The only issue we had was noise from the street on Saturday night, which was not Julian’s fault. We were so tired that it didn’t bother us for long. Coffee was provided and the whole place had been updated. Very nice accommodations. Julian was very helpful when we arrived. Having a dedicated parking place was great!!

I had stayed at this resort before but through the resort. No plunger. Had to call and wait to get the toilet unclogged. No wifi as well. I paid more as well and the cottage was smaller in size. This cottage was spacious and had all the amenities. Never had to contact John except how to turn on the heat and hot water. I highly recommend this cottage

This was a marvelous, spacious home in a gorgeous neighborhood just outside NOTL. All of the houses in the neighborhood were well maintained and the landscaping was lush and gorgeous. Sheridan's home was perfect for our group of 3 couples and one 10-year old. We played games and made puzzles at the large dining room table, and enjoyed the backyard pool. It was a short, two minute car ride to downtown NOTL. Would definately go back. Great AirBnB!
