Holiday rentals with breakfast in Niagara Falls

What a wonderful place to be! Everything was well thought out and maintained. Soaking tub was perfect and relaxing. Shelly is lovely! I highly recommend this place.

Overall my family had an enjoyable stay. The location is a 5 minute walk to Clifton Hills. The house was as it appears in the photos. Neighborhood is a little rundown but that appears to be true for the all of the residential areas near the Falls. Host was responsive and promptly dealt with a minor issue we had upon arrival. Breakfast was a nice added touch.

Keith's place was perfect. It is a beautiful new house in a lovely neighbourhood. It has everything you need. It is close to many wineries in Niagara and any stores/restaurants you may need in St. Catherines. There is a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on the inside. The hot tub was so relaxing and was our favourite place to hang out. The backyard has a great deck and is very private. Keith even left us a care package which was a very nice touch. Keith was very quick to respond to any questions and was very nice. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Keith!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Mark was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home, explaining where everything was. It is always stressful traveling with very young children, but the home had just about everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I can't recommend this home enough!!

The best thing about this place was the location and the liveability of the place! Although we didn’t have time to use the fire pit, it’s a nice addition to the place. The hotness very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. A few things I’d like to see improved is hand towels in the kitchen and extra blankets. Also the shower in the downstairs bathroom is not very useable, it sprays water everywhere and you cannot adjust the head.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Canada. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as described. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay relaxing and memorable. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfectly located, close to everything we needed. Whether it was an enjoying morning coffee on the patio, cozy evening indoors, or exploring the local area, This place truly felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to Glenda, our wonderful host she was kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Her hospitality made all the difference and added a personal touch that we really appreciated. The location was peaceful and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans ce logement et nous étions presque déçues de devoir continuer notre voyage ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment, l'échange était très facile (bien que nous ne soyons pas très à l'aise avec notre anglais 🤭), les conseils étaient précieux. Nous avons été chouchoutées depuis notre arrivée (un chocolat nous attendait pour l'anniversaire de ma mère) jusqu'au petit déjeuner qui nous a été concocté. Nous espérons un jour revenir dans la région, pour profiter à nouveau de ce cocon de douceur.

We absolutely loved our time at the Bed 'n Breakfast. We were able to check in early. Gave a tour of the property. The Serenity Room was clean and comfortable, with an in-room jetted tub. Diane had a pre-selected prepared meal made for us. All fresh and made from scratch! Good people and highly recommend this property!

We left feeling like family!!!.. Kads and Pran went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was the best!!..and the breakfasts were amazing !.. lots of variety and the presentation was spectacular from the amazing hand knit egg warmers to the cute little needle point tea cozy’s and the broad assortment of home made jams and baked goods… they were the epitome of great hosts …both friendly,charming and funny ! We highly recommend the Tea Cosy..I know we will be back!

Our 8 days of vacation were the best. Mary is an excellent host, we definitely will return to here house in the future.

This was our second stay at the Vinyard Villa and we cannot recommend it enough. Evaldas and Evita are responsive and welcoming. Their place is beautiful, very clean and within walking distance of a few wineries. The property is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. During your stay do not forget to watch the stunning sunsets from the backyard!

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful and the house is set quite a distance from the main road so it was very peaceful. The room was as seen in the pictures. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and we slept as well as we do at home. It's a very large space with windows on three sides. We were able to enjoy the sunrise from one window and the sunset from another. The light breakfast was a nice start to each day and included an egg from their free-range chickens. Our son especially loved exploring the property.

This place was worth every penny! The hosts were wonderful, the place was very spacious and clean. You are close to the main attractions but also have a peaceful getaway. The breakfast included is to die for, fresh ingredients tailored to your liking. Choice is yours, stay at some motel on the strip, on 10 minutes away in a beautiful B&B. 10/10 recommend!

Loved the room. Loved the breakfasts. Loved the hosts! Sue and Gaetan and their home exceeded our expectations in every way. I chose it as much for the location (near downtown and the lake) as for the beautiful accommodations shown on the website. NOTL is such a pretty little town and very walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with Sue and Gaetan each morning. And the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic. He's quite the gourmet cook! We'll definitely stay here again and we'll recommend it to all our friends!
