Holiday rentals with lake access in Nhat Tan

It was nice, convenient, and friendly.

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a great one-night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The place was clean, had strong A/C, and was just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake with plenty to see and do nearby, restaurants, cafes, night markets, and historic spots. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even greeted us in person at check-in, which made us feel very welcome. Perfect spot for a short or long vacation in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. Thanks for the great stay!

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

The hosts are lovely ladies and I had a comfortable stay! It was nice to have a bath as an option. And a nice big TV. Fast WiFi too. It’s in a nice area of Tay Ho. Tay Ho is a very liveable part of Hanoi, it has a lot to offer, with both western style and local style “home restaurants”, without being immersed in the chaos of the Old Quarter, while still being close enough to jump on a Grab and enjoy a day / night out in the old quarter or other parts of Hanoi, then head back to the peaceful parts of Tay Ho. This is the way I like to see Hanoi.

I felt right at home the moment I arrived at the apartment. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their adorable cats were the sweetest, so cute and cuddly. It was such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay :)

Very nice stay, the place was very clean and spacious. Host was great with communication and very specific about instructions so it was easy to follow. The area was nice still in the heart of the city but not straight in the middle of the old town where it is very touristy and noisy. Overall very great and would recommend.

Thank you so much for hosting me in this beautiful apartment! The host was super nice and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She was also flexible with my checkout time, and overall has been extremely accommodating. I don’t think the advert showcases enough the 180 view, and how spacious the apartment (especially the bathroom) is for Hanoi standards. It definitely is a hidden gem in a private alley. PS in case you’re wondering, the host will send someone to help you carry your luggage out at the time of checkin (she even offered the same for my checkout too). So, the lack of a lift doesn’t make much of a difference when moving in. Many thanks again!
