Above and beyond ⭐️ Khang is a great host, very responsive, flexible, and helped me with questions I had during my stay. I was even sick my last day, and he allowed me to have a later check in so I could rest. 🙏 As a solo female traveler, I felt reassured having him as a host. The Airbnb is beautiful and matches the photos. The balcony was peaceful and a great view. The bed was comfortable and the couch was too!! I would highly recommend! 🙏

I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

i had a pleasant stay at Chau's place. The room was spacious, and the bed and sofa are comfortable. The place is also serene and private, while interior wise looks modern. I would recommend the place if you stay in Hanoi. Easy to check in and check out.

Beautiful apartment. We loved our stay! Plenty of natural light very comfortable bed and two smart TVs. The bathtub and shower awesome! Easy check in / out. There is a Mall Lotte 15 min walking distance where you can find a very nice supermarket and restaurants. The water dispenser was a nice addition.. nice kitchen etc. We highly recommended and We would love to come back. Great communication with host as well. Thank you!

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

Outstanding Host and Exceptional Service! I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. Truly outstanding hospitality. If you're considering booking—don’t hesitate! This place (and the host) is top-notch.

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.

The host was very responsive, which made communication smooth. The location was the best among all the places I stayed in Hanoi. The price was reasonable, and the accommodation was situated between tourist attractions and local residential areas, so it was quiet and allowed for a comfortable stay for over a month. Within 20 minutes, you can reach well-known universities, local markets, as well as areas with Japanese and Korean restaurants, which was very convenient. Also, just across the main road, there were plenty of local eateries within walking distance, and they were very satisfying.

Smooth stay, nice place

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.
