I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

Mike’s place is an absolute gem! Spotlessly clean, super cozy, and so well-organized that it felt just like home. The room is filled with flowers and plants, and the private terrace overlooks a beautiful lake waking up to that view was incredible. There’s a proper desk for work and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, which made life easy. Best of all, the natural light, thoughtful lighting, and stylish interior design created the perfect atmosphere throughout my stay. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

i had a pleasant stay at Chau's place. The room was spacious, and the bed and sofa are comfortable. The place is also serene and private, while interior wise looks modern. I would recommend the place if you stay in Hanoi. Easy to check in and check out.

Beautiful apartment. We loved our stay! Plenty of natural light very comfortable bed and two smart TVs. The bathtub and shower awesome! Easy check in / out. There is a Mall Lotte 15 min walking distance where you can find a very nice supermarket and restaurants. The water dispenser was a nice addition.. nice kitchen etc. We highly recommended and We would love to come back. Great communication with host as well. Thank you!

Above and beyond ⭐️ Khang is a great host, very responsive, flexible, and helped me with questions I had during my stay. I was even sick my last day, and he allowed me to have a later check in so I could rest. 🙏 As a solo female traveler, I felt reassured having him as a host. The Airbnb is beautiful and matches the photos. The balcony was peaceful and a great view. The bed was comfortable and the couch was too!! I would highly recommend! 🙏

Very great place. Just as shown on the pictures. The way they receive you and take care of you is exceptional. They are very friendly and take care very well of their guests! Def recommend everyone that wants to come to Hanoi

Their attentiveness and warm hospitality really made a difference. The location was also a big plus—peaceful, convenient, and close to restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Very responsive every time we asked for information. Thái and his team was great and helpful. The apartment itself is great, clean and lots of lighting. Specially they are pet friendly. My dog loves it there. Thanks team. We will be back.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

Outstanding Host and Exceptional Service! I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. Truly outstanding hospitality. If you're considering booking—don’t hesitate! This place (and the host) is top-notch.

The host was very responsive, which made communication smooth. The location was the best among all the places I stayed in Hanoi. The price was reasonable, and the accommodation was situated between tourist attractions and local residential areas, so it was quiet and allowed for a comfortable stay for over a month. Within 20 minutes, you can reach well-known universities, local markets, as well as areas with Japanese and Korean restaurants, which was very convenient. Also, just across the main road, there were plenty of local eateries within walking distance, and they were very satisfying.

The place has everything we needed. Its location is perfect with a lot of coffee shops in the area. The hosts are also very helpful.

The equipment of the apartment is super new, great to use, I very much enjoy that I can cook and do laundry all inside my room in a 8 days stay. The house is walking distance to a small lake, can blend in with local and chill besides the lake is the biggest plus of my stay. I'll definitely come back. I wish the next time when I'm back the neighbors' construction is finished. The house itself is very perfect.

Smooth stay, nice place

Super Aufenthalt, nicht ganz in der Innenstadt aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Mega Aussicht aus der Wohnung, toll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, everything was spotless and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!
