We had a great 4 nights at the apartment. Check in was super easy and friendly. Communication from Hang was great. The apartment is attached to the hotel and staff here are all wonderful. Very respectful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble…..we asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately and the apartment was serviced daily). The breakfast provided was a bonus too, thanks to Hang. The views from the apartment were awesome and the location was perfect. Right across from the beach which was busy at times but very well maintained and clean, and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend.

정말 최고 최고 최고 엄지척이예요~ 알마 다른 사이트에서 예약한거보다 개인 관리 처럼 응대 해주니 너무 좋았어요~ 알마리조트 체크인 할때 조금의 이슈가 있었지만 정말 호스트의 빠른 대처와 관심이 너무 큰 힘이 되었어요!!!부대시설도 모두 이용하고 심지어 15%할인까지 해주니!!! 공항에서 픽업도 해주시고 다음장소도 데려다 주시고 무료숙박 서비스까지!!! 이거 더 말하면 입아파요… 해외여행 정말 많이 다녀봤는데 가본중 최고 호스트는 최고중의최고!!!! 감사합니다!!!잘 놀았어요!!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️

원래 예약했던 숙소에 문제가 생겨 체크인 이틀전에 방을 바꿔주신다고 연락이 왔어요 당황스러웠지만 다행히 관리직원분이 적극적으로 소통해주시고 방이 바뀌는 것에 대한 보상으로 조식도 제공 해주시기로 했어요 숙소에 머무는 당일엔 돈을 지불하면 바베큐를 해주신다고 해서 신청했는데 직원분들이 오셔서 음식을 바로 해서 예쁘게 세팅까지 해주시고 치우는 것도 다 해주셔서 진짜 편하게 먹기만 했습니다. 음식도 진짜 다 너무 맛있었고 4명이서 먹었는데 음식이 남았어요 양이 너무 많아서요 수영장은 키 170cm 기준으로 입술정도까지 오는 깊이라서 아이들 놀기엔 좀 깊어요 기대보다 수영장도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있었어요 오션뷰가 넘 예쁜데 근처에 새롭게 뭘 만드는지 가까운 뷰는 별로고 멀리 바다뷰는 예뻐요 집 자체가 너무 예뻐서 좋았어요 진짜 내가 부자면 나트랑 올때마다 여기 올 것 같아요 시내까지는 그랩으로 20분정도 걸리고 빌라 단지 내부에 경비원분들이 상주하시고 통행하는 차량과 사람도 체크해주셔서 보안도 좋은 것 같아요 너무 친절하고 예쁘고 잘 쉬다 갑니다
