Holiday rentals with beach access in Nha Trang

I chose this place because I saw a lot of bug issues while trying to stay in downtown Nha Trang, but other than that, I liked it overall, so I thought it was a really good choice. The bus is also right in front, so you can get to and from downtown for a good value, and I liked that it was secluded and peaceful, so you can relax comfortably. I really didn't get a cockroach once for a month, and I was so happy that the pretty ocean could be seen right from the dining table. Communication was quick, so there were no inconveniences, and the accommodation was clean. The apartment was well secured, and it was a fingerprint door, so I felt that there was no need to lose the key. The sea is close, and it's pretty, and I was able to swim comfortably in the sea. If I come back next time, I want to stay here again ~ ~ It was a really happy time!:)

We really liked the apartment! I recommend it🔥 it was very clean, good bed linen and towels. Stylish design! Cozy, there are air conditioners in each room and fans. The kitchen has everything you need. It's great that there are fresh flowers! Everything matches the photos. Sea view. Good location of the apartment. Close to the sea and the center. The value for this place is insane. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Pros: - very communicative and friendly host - perfect location (coffee shop, gym, restaurants, beach, etc are all within a 3-5 minute walk) - extremely well priced (for monthly stay) Cons: - no shower towels/toiletries/etc. not having a towel was odd, but I went and purchased one down the street - it’s very easy for ants/moths to make their way into the apartment. I sprayed raid though and that took care of pretty much all issues And that’s about it! Overall the pros massively outweighed the cons. I definitely definitely recommend staying here

Apartment as advertised, tidy, clean and complete. Quick service after booking request, and very friendly. Close to a beautiful beach, surroundings very touristy. For more atmosphere/contact with locals, you'll continue from the beach.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is extremely convenient, close to everything we needed. The room looked exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I loved my stay so much that I would definitely travel to Nha Trang again just to stay at this place!

Restaurants, bars, and the beach are literally just across the road, making everything super convenient. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby after long days of riding. Best homestay at Nha Trang so far. The house is more beautiful than on the photos, from the kitchen to the bathroom are prepared very well and thoughtfully by the Host. Host rep messages are quick. Good location, central but not too noisy. Walk about 100m to the sea. Clean spacious room. The outstanding advantage is that the sea view is very wide and very beautiful. There is free housekeeping and change of towels but only do it when you ask. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. Next time I come to Nha Trang I want to stay in this apartment.

The place was as it was described. The help took care of a lot of things. It was a really nice stay. We came as a group of 9 and really enjoyed the place.

lovely place, away from the main tourist strip, very serene(but close enough if it's your vibe). Tien and her Mom are lovely. excellent communication, and the place is a super quaint vietnamese traditional house. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

Great House with everything you need

We had a great 4 nights at the apartment. Check in was super easy and friendly. Communication from Hang was great. The apartment is attached to the hotel and staff here are all wonderful. Very respectful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble…..we asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately and the apartment was serviced daily). The breakfast provided was a bonus too, thanks to Hang. The views from the apartment were awesome and the location was perfect. Right across from the beach which was busy at times but very well maintained and clean, and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Nha Trang! The house is beautifully designed, cozy, and features a lovely little garden on the balcony that adds such a peaceful touch. I especially loved the piano in the living room—it was such a delightful surprise and made the stay even more special. The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the stunning beach and perfectly situated in the city center, close to a big mall and numerous restaurants. Ms. Linh, the host, is incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and can't wait to come back for an even longer visit. Highly recommend!

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

Great stay we absolutely loved it; lovely view too. Pristine building felt very safe. When it says basic cooking equipment it means basic!!!

I had a wonderful stay ay Ninh's apartment in Nha Trang! It's located right in the city center so all of the cafes, bars and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. The beach can also be reached within a 5 minute walk. The most unique thing about staying here though, it that you'll get to feel like part of the family. I would practice Vietnamese phrases with Ninh every day when we would see each other in passing. On my last day, I had long conversation over tea with her husband using translator apps and our limited knowledge of each other's mother tongues. I even made friends with other tenants staying in the building because of the close family atmosphere!

Really comfortable, roomy apartment with a stunning ocean view, and a great location close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a large grocery store. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including lots of tools, utensils, cups, bowls, etc. Couch is comfortable, good WiFi, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Washing machine and AC work great. A few things to be aware of: Bed is quite firm and up against the wall (a little awkward for the person against the wall to get out of bed), and you might want an eye mask for the morning sun coming into the bedroom (I used an eye mask but my husband didn’t feel the need, so it just depends on how sensitive you are). We absolutely loved this apartment and our host was super kind and helpful during our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we’re in Nha Trang!

As a host, I want to experience the service of many hosts to exchange and share experiences. Rich's apartment at a super central location, the quality is quite good compared to the price. I encourage everyone to experience it.

Excellent apartment. It was our home for a month and it was very enjoyable. Location was perfect . Very central to everything and minutes from beach. The balcony has sea views which were amazing. Some minor problems were rectified quickly by the host. Very nice pool as well. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.
