Thanh’s a cheerful, responsive and enthusiastic host. From check in to check out, everything was done smoothly. The place was squeaky clean and I had many great food recommendations from her. Amazing stay!

Nice apartment with a lovely view of the ocean. Overall a nice place. The main attraction to this place is the host, who is extremely responsive, super helpful, will get you anything you need. For example, Our rice cooker was not working and she had a new one at our door within 10 minutes. Really superb hospitality.

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!

I had a great stay at Anh Thi's place! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable long stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. P.S. The view from the balcony overlooking the city was a highlight!

My partner and I stayed here for over a month and it was such a spacious and comfortable place for the both of us. We both needed a separate space to work and were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious this was for Da Nang. It's close to all of the great restaurants so you can walk, take a grab, or a short scooter ride. The beach is only two blocks away so the entire area is very walkable. The staff here were immensely friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything at all. We LOVED being greeted by their resident pet Nau. I missed my dog being away from home for so long so this was an unexpected and sweet touch. It made being away from him more palatable. The housekeeping were on top of cleaning the unit every few days and it was perfect for us. Just enough that the place was kept spotless and just enough so we didn't feel it was intrusive. We loved our place here at Louis Mo and would highly recommend this spot if you're considering visiting Da Nang! Thank you so much Nhat!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony — especially during sunrise and sunset. The location is super convenient, surrounded by several 24/7 convenience stores and easy access to main roads. It's perfect for families, with enough space and amenities that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang!

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

I was worried because it was my first time booking an overseas accommodation with Airbnb, but I was able to proceed with the host's quick response and trust. When I arrived, I wasn't sure what kind of construction was going on in the alley, but it wasn't even a minute's walk from the main road, so it wasn't a problem at all. First of all, I was able to open the door as instructed, so it was easy. When I went in...Wow, it's so neat and it's just like the picture. I'm glad I trusted it. The neighborhood mart is 5 minutes away on foot~ There's a laundry room nearby~ There was a beautiful cafe and a kids class cafe where kids can take classes~ There was also a Dachshund dog there ^^ I want to see it again~ There are no mosquitoes in the accommodation, and it doesn't smell, so I like it.Except for the weak water pressure, the bedding was clean~ The floor was clean~ I was so satisfied.The water in the swimming pool felt a little cold to us in early June.Wow, you're right! When you go in, the heat just disappears! It was a very satisfying accommodation for the price~ I want to go again~

It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach, and there are convenience stores and restaurants around, which is very convenient.The host is very friendly and responsive, the room is the same as the photos, neat and clean, we had a very happy time.

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

It's a little out of town, but it's in an area with easy access to Hoi An and easy to get around by car. The riverfront is close, so it's good to take a walk at night.

We had a extended stay at Tra's place and we just loved it! The place is clean, quiet and peaceful to work in. The place has lots of light and sunshine and the view is beautiful, we can even see the sea from the balcony. This apartment is new and has a modern style, which is really nice. We enjoyed being at 10 minutes from the beach, which we enjoy a lot. The place offers a lot of convenience store, as well as an excellent (e-coffee) shop. The brewery is also a great find! I was looking for a place a bit away from the city and I just love the peace and quiet of the place and its surrender. The communication with Tra was great, friendly and responsive from the start. He made sure the place was cleaned and left some local fruit for us to enjoy! I would definitely come back again. I can't recommend Tra's place enough!

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!

This apartment was so nice and we really enjoyed spending a month there. It was just as pictured in the listing. The location is ideal. A 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of shops and restaurants and a night market just down the street. Dung was very quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommend this apartment.

The place matched the pictures and description. It was easy to find next to the k market which is great to shop at. The place was clean and felt like home. Large 2 bedrooms, has netflix with account logged in. Nice to watch the boats all lit up at night from balcony. The host was the best, very friendly and responsive. I would stay again for sure.
