Lovely stay in penthouse. Beautiful views and short walk to peaceful beach with loungers. As mentioned in the description, there is a nightly ‘dog chorus’ but that’s not controllable as they seem to be scattered around the island. Overall I would definitely recommend this place- the grounds are well-cared for and the amenities, view and location are fabulous

Sue was a phenomenal host who went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. Beautiful views of the beach and the sunrise can be enjoyed in the communal space. Highly recommend this place!

The place honestly looks better than the photos! It’s so private and easy to get to, in a decently good location. not too far from the airport and not too far from Town! The house is clean with great airflow, the view from the lounge room and bedroom is absolutely stunning! this place makes you feel like you’re at home. I loved staying here and i’m so excited to stay again!!

Great value for a couple. Wonderful location with proximity to Wigmores store, Vaima on the beach and The yellow hibiscus. Also on main road so good access to bus and absolutely beautiful beach right across the road.

Julie and I would like to thank Lotu from the moment I booked the communication was first rate . The property was perfect for the two of us and was exactly as described and only had to walk out the back door to be on the Lagoon The fruit basket coffee tea even milk in the fridge was appreciated Also a big thankyou to Sala who called in regularly to see if we needed anything We couldnt have been any happier and didnt want to leave after our 4 week stay Once again Thankyou. What an amazing stay!! Nestled in a great location, with lagoon views & walking distance to Main Muri precinct, we enjoyed every minute. Jules & Jill assisted us with airport transfers and had some awesome recommendations for our time in raro. Room was well equipped & had everything you needed to be comfortable! We LOVE staying here - This is our second time! And we will stay again next time we are in Rarotonga. The pictures are exactly what you get. Tia is very responsive and helpful. This place is absolutely stunning. The location is amazing with a beautiful beach right out in front and a gorgeous double balcony to watch the sunsets. So peaceful and relaxing!! Made use of the outdoor water equipment and outdoor furniture. Would throughly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful 2 bed house. Constance’s consideration and thoughtfulness to our late arrival was so appreciated. Treats on arrival was the icing on the cake. Hope to return again x

We had the most amazing time at Starboard which was pure paradise. From the moment we arrived, the stunning ocean views took our breath away, and the villa itself was better than the photos. The infinity pool was our daily retreat, we couldn't get enough of it. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the complimentary coffee, fruit, and fresh bread were great touches. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean each morning was a highlight. While the beach in front of the villa is more for sunbaking than swimming, the pool more than made up for it. Muri Beach is also just a short drive away and perfect for swimming. Having the car included was amazing. It made exploring the island, going to dinners, and doing day tours really easy. Our host Anita went above and beyond to assist us during our stay (including meeting us at the airport on the final day to collect the car) - the epitome of a super host. Don’t hesitate - book now!

We felt relaxed the moment we arrived! The view is spectacular, having our ‘own’ beach amazing & the snorkelling on our doorstep fabulous. The house is well set up, there are lots of places to stock up nearby, plus loads of eating out options close. We did most of our living outside because the view really is unbeatable. The house is simple but had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay in Rarotonga at Addrienne's Air bnb. Firstly was greeted by Tama at the airport and we followed him back to the house. So was a smooth checkin. It was very peaceful, beautiful scenery over looking the airport and ocean. Rooms were very spacious, big kitchen, out door area was great and the pool.was a bonus with the hot and humid weather. Bambam and Evie were such beautiful dogs and were very placid and enjoyed the company. They would always greet you in the morning or when you return home. Overall we all had a fantastic stay and definetly would recommend it.

Isabelle and Allen’s property was perfect. Very peaceful and relaxing location. The house was very clean and tidy. We loved the layout of the house with a lovely covered patio for dining. Isabelle was so helpful right up to letting us have a ( very ) late checkout due to our late departure flight. Thank you.

If you’re planning a trip to Rarotonga I highly recommend staying at Sharon’s. Located right on a beautiful beach and walking distance or a short bus ride to Muri where there is a beautiful lagoon and lots of restaurants. The house was beautiful and clean, and lots of touches like plenty of filtered water left for us which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the kayaks whilst we were there as the sea was rough after a storm, but I would definitely stay there again just so we could kayak and explore the reef off the property. Our little one loved wandering down to the beach in the evenings to look for crabs. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a shop and Villis burger joint across the road - best burgers ever! The Cook Islands Coffee co is located right next door with the most delicious coffee and pastries. Waking up to the view of the palm trees and sea was a pleasure every morning. We did not want to leave!

We just spent 6 beautiful nights in Theresa’s home. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely housekeeper neighbour and we were thrilled when we walked through the door and quite frankly couldn’t believe our luck finding such spectacular accomodation. Extremely comfortable and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. To have a private house on the beach was so special with great snorkeling right outside the door. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and anyone else. I will definitely be going back!
