House holiday rentals in Newport

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

This is our third year staying at Dan’s place. It’s very private, cozy, and we love the location. Place is clean and has everything anyone would need. You can sit on the deck and watch the whales. Beach is within a few mins walk. Great place to stay with family. We will be back again :)

This house was very cozy! We absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed for cooking. Great location, close to the beach. Hot tub is great. My husband loved the pillows specifically. Host was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. I would definitely book again for any future trips to Lincoln city.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! The home was super comfy and relaxing. Cute front porch to sit and enjoy the morning and evenings. Loved the heated pool and hot tub access. Super close to great beaches and a short drive to Depoe Bay for whale watching! Would stay here again in the future :)

Great location right in the center of everything to do. You can walk to anything you might want to do or drive there is easy also. We went crabbing, clamming and alot of shopping. I use to live here so I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to stay. You'll love this place.😃

We enjoyed our stay at Kristin’s place. The house was spacious and clean inside a wonderful quiet community. The garage full of activities helps tremendously with keeping the kids occupied and enjoying their stay when not at the beach. The stairs to get to the beach are a bit daunting the first day, but you get used to them and they help counterbalance all the vacation junk food :) There are plenty of wonderful beaches within short driving distance where you don’t have to climb stairs.

Met up for a family vacation with our friends. Very family friendly, beautiful view of ocean, close to beach. The kitchen, dining room area that connected to living room was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. The view could NOT have been better! The internet probably wouldn’t have supported working, but who wants to work with that view anyway! My husband said it was the best bed of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The layout of the house was ideal for a large family and being able to bring our dogs along was a major bonus! The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. The kitchen had anything you could need to cook large meals and there was plenty of seating. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay in Seal Rock! This place had a very nice kitchen and a lovely living room with large windows with great views. We could even get a glimpse of the ocean! The hot tub was so nice and we used it every day. We didn't get a chance to use the tiki bar outside, but it was very cute. We liked walking around the back patio and yard area which was very beautiful. It's also a short walk to the beach and a nearby seafood restaurant. We didn't get to visit the nearby pastry shop, but it is convenient to have it close by. This is one of the best places we've stayed along the central Oregon Coast, and we hope to stay again in the future!

What a place! We were thrilled to stay in a beach house refreshingly free of baby blue and seashell décor. The home is as gorgeous as the view—and the amenities? Let’s just say there was enough Aesop to make any elder millennial grin. Probably too much Aesop. Definitely too much Aesop. ;) Great for families and perfectly situated in a chill spot, with livelier towns just a short drive away. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Location was perfect. Close to the beach commercial area. The house is very spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

To be clear, there are less expensive places to stay, but the house was really nice, well appointed, and the view was pretty special. It really doesn’t get any better since you’re right on the beach, and the cost was consistent with that benefit. For us, we were looking for special and this place totally nailed it. Perfect!!

We had a great time in Yachats. The house couldn’t be any closer to the ocean and was clean and well cared for. Would definitely stay again!

This house was absolutely wonderful to stay in. It was very comfortable and had everything you could need for your stay. The view is incredible and beach access was very easy. Mandi is very responsive and proactive in messaging. I would highly recommend this home.

We stayed with our two young children and had a very relaxing weekend. The views were beautiful. As described, it wouldn’t be a good fit for those with trouble navigating a rugged path down to the beach or unwilling to cross a quickly moving mid shin depth stream. We didn’t mind and found it manageable with two young kids. The peaceful atmosphere was worth it.

Stay was excellent! The home was welcoming, cozy, and fully stocked with amenities. I can’t recommend this location more!

A perfect stay on the Oregon coast! Joni’s place is a great little classic Oregon coast home right on the beach with easy beach access! The views are 100x better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfy. A great stay, would recommend! Thank you!
