A well decorated and comfortable home to relax and rejuvenate. It is very close to the water where you can take the water ferry to NYC. Very peaceful stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Such a cute spot to stay while town for a few days. As noted in the listing, parking can be a bit of a challenge but that’s city life for you. We’re (former) locals so the neighborhood was very familiar, safe and quiet. The apartment was great, very cozy, and Brooke was fantastic at communication, very responsive and helpful. Overall I would recommend and would stay here again.

The view of NYC is amazing, Airbnb was clean and as pictured, location is convenient to Hoboken and train/uber into city, nice building amenities and great communication with Zo and Paige. Would book again.

Great place to stay!!

Jacquelyn and Bart were extremely communicative hosts, and made us feel right at home. The space was perfect for my friend and I, and within walking distance to many restaurants, the waterfront, and public transportation. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

We had a fantastic week at Francois’ in Jersey City, using it as a base to explore Manhattan and New York. We loved the location of the apartment and being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for some quiet evenings and undisturbed sleeps! The beds were comfy, the space appreciated, the area felt safe day and night, and the commute into Manhattan was easy. Weekend PATH timetables can delay the journey, but we had no problems with that. One stop to the WTC or a bit longer to midtown. There are some nice local restaurants we tried out - Edward’s Steakhouse and O’Hara’s - both great. The skyline view from Exchange Place unbeatable. I have no hesitation in recommending Francois’ to other visitors. We were just two, but there was plenty of space for four!

Erin and Mark were very welcoming and genuine hosts. Their house is situated on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined street just steps from shops and cafes. The apartment itself is bright, practical and quite spacious, with a lovely view overlooking the trees and visiting birds in the backyard. Bus 126, just a block away, offers a quick and convenient ride into Midtown Manhattan. I also really enjoyed taking the nearby ferry. It‘s a lovely place to come back to after a day in the city!

17John’s is an excellent place to stay to explore NYC. Whether it’s landmark locations, food, or access to trains, there’s everything you can think of. The rooms as such are amazing - clean and well equipped. I cannot think of a single issue we encountered during our stay. We had a 5 year old who equally loved the place!

We spent 4 nights in Untitled. it was perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely love our stay this weekend. Everything was as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was so clean. Great recommendations for food. We took the ferry into the city and it was so easy! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Claudia’s place. Her and her husband were very friendly and very responsive to our questions and needs. The amenities were as described and the location was convenient. We enjoyed the park with our grandson and the great view from there of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. Finding Parking on the road late at night can be tricky but Claudia helped us figure it out.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Wonderful place,enjoyed my stay

My sister and I had a short overnight stay and we absolutely loved it! It’s such a cute place. It was just as described and perfect for the night. The host was very quick and responsive to our inquiries. The building is very easy to find and we felt safe with security in the building. The neighborhood is nice. The day of check out we walked around and ate at a local restaurants. We definitely will be back and recommend!
