Each flat has AC Heating, Luxury wetroom, Breakfast kitchen (coffee machine), bar to eat or work at and of course fast broadband. There is a flatscreen with netflix that you can watch in bed or on our large velvet sofa. Enjoy all year round luxury; great for country walks/pubs, Bike trails and easy access to Newbury, A34 and Highclere castle.

Relaxing luxury lodge Ideal place for horse racing

3 bedroom spacious lodge set in a private 22 acre park with FREE SECURE PARKING. Newbury Racecourse is on one side of the park and Crookham Golf course on the other. Living and dining areas in the lodge are open-plan with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views are through 2 sets of bi-fold doors. A built-in fire safe BBQ is attached to the outside decking (no other BBQ's can be used). Hot tub is not in use. Guests use mobile phones, create a hot spot for Wi-Fi. Not really suitable for infants.

In addition, it is only a 10 minute drive to Highclere Castle, of Downton Abbey fame. Horris Hill school is within walking distance and St Gabriel’s a 2 minute drive.

My husband Andy and I own this one bedroom cottage, which has been carefully furnished and has parking and a small dedicated outdoor space.. It is an ideal base to explore the local area. Guests can visit Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), attend the races at Newbury Race Course or enjoy the walks in the surrounding area including Watership Down.
