House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

The apartment has been recently renovated in this century home, keeping its original charm. We do offer self check in but we are always available if you want a tour. You will find a full Kitchen; Living room with TV and a dedicated workspace; Bedroom with a queen size bed and we can also add a Single XL bed for a third visitor.

Plenty of space to park vehicles and ATV/snowmobile trailers. A great place to spend a week for lake activities and nearby public trail systems! No pets.
